Review of doordash

DoorDash refused to help me

I’ve been a DoorDash customer for many years. All of the sudden their app was giving me a card verification error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache of the app. Tried two additional cards, also Venmo and PayPal which are set up to debit via ACH. After FIVE chats and one phone call they still couldn’t help me resolve the issue. I suggested it was an app issue or payment processor issue and asked for it to be escalated, which never happened. I even went as far to create a brand new account and no avail. I still have two months of my annual DashPass subscription left that I cannot use. I opened a BBB and they refused to refund me the prorated amount of my subscription. Their customer support is horrendous and pathetic. They don’t care, I will never use this platform again.

worse experience ever at this location

Hello I just spend 40 dollars buying food at this place I was expecting great food but I was wrong I have to put all the food in the trash has no flavor. I just waisted my money plus the order was wrong I paid for extra chicken and the drinks was not available. don't go to chipotle on S Main and Kirby. I DON'T RECOMENT THIS PLACE. FOOD IS HORRIBLE.....

I have been using Bitdefender AV and VPN for a few years now. No problems with the PCs it is on and the VPN works on the occasions I have needed it (mainly travel).The only small gripe I have is it took a few tries to get through to customer support when I had a couple of questions recently, (not enough to knock off a star though) and having said, that when I did get through Vlad was really helpful.

I would NOT recommend Bed Bath and Beyond

I've been a customer of Bed Bath and Beyond for many years and an online consumer since the company closed local stores. At first, orders were shipped as promised. Lately, the packaging is poor and merchandise is damaged. Now orders are on hold as FedEx is waiting for the packages. This is a problem for the past year. The shipping service is poor and I would NOT recommend Bed Bath and Beyond

It's a shadow of what it once was

It's a shadow of what it once was. People should be using chargebacks against Uber Eats freely and gratuitously where they are not providing the service paid for, and for a failure to provide any subsiquent standard of customer service which makes the platform usable. They appear to have a "customer is always lying" default policy and often refuse to do anything or make it impossible to get any customer service by simply putting people in endless loops of emails and non responses with the primary goal of exhausting the complainant.Simply use your banking or credit card app to open a chargeback against Uber Eats and send photographic evidence/screen shots of their failure to come to a satisfactory outcome, or outcome of any kind despite unreasonably high efforts to get some kind of resolution.The staff are not paid enough, they can not earn a living doing full time hours. The standards of the delivery staff have dropped massively. It's clearly being run on the backs of legal and illegal unskilled migration. More often than not they are not aware of road laws and are riding bikes at speed on pavements and not stopping at red lights or at pedestrian crossings. They are often using modified e-bikes turned into an illegal e-motorbike with speed and throttle modifications. You should consider yourself extremely lucky if the driver understands basic English, mostly they can barely understand their satnav.Most outlets I have ordered from are shrinking the size of their portions while massively increasing their prices at the same time on delivery.In general Uber's standards have fallen below the value of their proposition, which began after uber stopped throwing money at getting people interested in their platform and then stared charging a subscription to get the same service as previously. It's the poster child for modern American platform decay and ticks all the boxes. First get users interested by spending money acquiring them, then spend money getting food outlets to join, and then once everyone is on board with the capture of the market, proceed to degrade the value for both users and food outlets, and add service fees, delivery fees and subscription fees for all parties so Uber can get back the money they spent getting everyone on the platform in the first place. Uber Eats is pretty much dead to me unless they send me a significant discount to use, and I have the money to order. Otherwise it's a no from me, and I advise others to avoid it as well.

Review of tunein

Trojan Horse - tunein

So unfortunate that tunein appears to be harvesting stations from my sonos (and I suspect my personal music) but, I could be wrong. The stations I added to my sonos list yesterday are unavailable today. I want to subscribe just to hear my stations again but, based on the reviews, do not trust tunein with my cc# and, as things go, the cost of listening to radio stations will likely increase. How is tunein allowed to harvest and charge for station access (and there are multitudes) that were once free? When stations were free, what was lacking that made a tunein necessary? What are the incentives for radio stations to join or do they have a choice? Have spent days but can't find reasonable answers online. Does anyone know the non-legalize answers? (I suspect there is/was a loophole somewhere.) The number of stations that I listen to have become smaller and smaller and smaller. I shudder to think that tunein will ensnare all stations at some point - it appears to be headed that way. I suspect tunein's "free" stations is a joke amounting to a horrible trojan horse. I deeply appreciated and cherished my chosen music each and every day for 10 years. For the most part, my chosen music has vanished with few choices available. While I have not signed into tunein (trust issue), I've learned that the constant ads are a strong indication that stations are under the umbrella of tunein. Now I worry if sonos will become obsolete or eaten by the trojan horse at some point in the future. (NOTE - when a company does not offer a way to communicate with them, and if you are able, do not do business with them.) Clearly there is something I am missing so, if you have any answers or can assist, please let me know. As a senior on a fixed income adding a cost for a streaming service is financially challenging. I sorely miss my radio stations but, most importantly, the ability to CHOOSE radio stations.
