Cannot buy tickets with the all the right information the whole system runs very bad does it tell you what the error is, although there should definitely be no error, have setup online payment systems myself and would have never let this stuff go. Does not show final price on the same screen as the pay now button which is just bad layout for a checkout. Flat out can't attend festival I want to go to if I can't buy tickets lol right card type and all info. Just bought other festival tickets 2 mins before no problem.

They use algorithms to detect cheating. This means they are not 100% accurate. They terminate many users who are not cheating but they just consider that collateral damage. There is no discussion nor recourse. Absolutely unfair to the many affected. They also refuse to refund money when they terminate you. What a scam.

We moved house just before lockdown and don’t know how we would have managed without them , new house , shielding , difficult postcode , on building site , it didn’t stop them Their delivery people just excellent and other that one coming from China no problems at all and that was not down to amazon . Horrendous experience. Received a faulty drone that wouldn’t connect to the remote and it flew away the second it was launched/turned on. (Apparently quiet common) As I couldn’t return it (it flew away) they wouldn’t refund. I offered to send all the box/packaging/ contents back but they wouldn’t help me get a solution. I even had a video of it all happening. Very bad experience as I have been a prime member for years upon years. I would have been happy with help on how I could try locate the drone or anything but they just washed their hands of it. They have my money so there was no interest in helping. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service, I bought UFC 261 to be a paying supportive customer and it didn’t play, after missing almost all the fights I was able to logon from my laptop, I had like 20 people at my house for the fights everyone was upset, they said they can’t refund because it was played on my laptop. Could be great but a lack of any real decent dev team and no-one initiating good ideas and making things happen. you have to vote simple ideas for features that the team at Spotify should already have done and once the idea has enough votes Spotify might consider it.. such a low standard! and if they do consider it they are very slow. A mini player would be a nice feature! also optimisation for Apples silicon computers. Also some style customisation options would work nice with Spotify branding.

Like many others on here, I too have been conned by the “12 month” contract lie and am stuck paying for a service I don’t need and won’t use. Even now, with only two months to go, they refuse to waive the ‘cancellation fees’ and will not process my request to cancel without prior payment. I will never use this company again due to the extremely poor way they treat their customers!

Samsung has a lot of great electronics honestly. Even the the phones they release are simple wow. I was really looking to switch to the s24 ultra, but they went ahead to take out their 10X zoom, which really doesn't make sense to me. I do not think that was a good move. But I love the company.

The reviews they write for brokerages are completely false. it looks like some copy paste with some of the brokerages adds and sale pitches. it makes no sense as terrible brokerages will get positive ratings, such as stable app, no latency when the brokerage app crashes constantly and the latency is 2 seconds which is massive lag for trading tenths of thousands of dollars in stock, easily costing several hundreds a trade. yet they claim the specific brokerage has low latency. these article writers are clearly clueless and just get paid to write bogus false information without ever testing the products they give reviews for, as the issues are clear and apparent .Any organization becomes completely untrustworthy as a whole due to this behavior and the horror stories i heard of associates shows that it reflects within their whole company

Since then, they have just told us every day that there is nothing they can do, that they have raised a ticket with their bank partners, and they cannot tell us when the money will be paid to us.Think about this for a second. This is our money. It's more than £100k and going up every day. And yet they are telling us that it is not in their control to fix that.There is no phone number for customer support. As a business we have been cut off from our revenue, and the people we trusted to take our payments simply could not care less. NEVER, EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.
