Another subscription with NO options to cancel!! Phone number for customer service is disconnected and options/instructions online went nowhere! I’m getting to a point where I don’t even want to subscribe to anything as cancelling is becoming impossible.

I initially trailed Issuu using my private email. When I decided to go ahead, I used my business email. On the anniversary of the account I was charged an annual fee for my personal account (never used) and a monthly payment for my business email. I contacted Issue and they immediately refunded the annual fee, but the exchange rate and fees still left me around $46 out of pocket. I contacted them again and asked if they could credit the amount to my next monthly bill. They did so immediately and rounded it up two or three dollars to the value of next months’ bill. Prompt and professional service. I like working with Issue, and now I like dealing with the people behind it.

I understand the risks of backing crowd funding. This site will just take your funds and blame the owner until it's to late to claim your refund. I filed report with attorney general. I look forward to the results. DO NOT TRUST INDIEGOGO!!

US Electric Contractor inc., is a solid, honest, and reliable business for all your electrical needs. I have used them 3 times, referred them to my neighbor and parents, all saying and having the same great experience. I cannot say enough about Javier who I sent to my elderly parents and he did not even charge them for the service call after checking out their circuit breaker issue. From a Ecobee Thermostat, to ceiling fans purchased at Costco, to replacement of your old lights, US Electric is who I highly recommend.

My sons account was hacked, but after several mails and lots of info about the hacker, Discord hasn't replied on anything......more than 2 weeks after...My son needs the contact to his friends abroad....Discord isn't much better than the hacker :-(.....and still no answer, even after more mail to "support"....Update.....still no response what so ever. Discord support doesn't give any support....
