I’ve been a DoorDash customer for many years. All of the sudden their app was giving me a card verification error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache of the app. Tried two additional cards, also Venmo and PayPal which are set up to debit via ACH. After FIVE chats and one phone call they still couldn’t help me resolve the issue. I suggested it was an app issue or payment processor issue and asked for it to be escalated, which never happened. I even went as far to create a brand new account and no avail. I still have two months of my annual DashPass subscription left that I cannot use. I opened a BBB and they refused to refund me the prorated amount of my subscription. Their customer support is horrendous and pathetic. They don’t care, I will never use this platform again.
