I ordered a hot tub on 8/20/2023, with an expected arrival date between 9/27/2023 and 9/30/2023.I have called 4 times to check on shipping date, and get the same story, "your item is prepared for shipment and will be picked up by freight company tomorrow." Same story day after day since my first contact on 9/20/2023.The order on Wayfair even shows expected delivery of 9/28/2023. Today is 9/26/2023.Worse is that if I cancel, it may take "up to 72 hours for cancellation to be logged into Wayfair system" during that time the item can be released to freight company and get shipped to me!!!!! How is that good business!

Mailchimp limits the number of times you can "downgrade" you plan to the free version. So when they sell a premium version they pretend you get a "monthly" subscription but you cannot cancel (=downgrade) it anymore. This is daylight robbery!

Since Sept 2024 and ongoing bank feeds wrong with debits appearing as credits. No support at all from Xero- just fob you off on useless message service existing you to continually upload screenshots or offer useless suggestions about how to fix. Thus has cost me so much time and extra accounting fees. The subscription price goes up every year. I subscribed only because of bank feeds but what is the point if they don’t work. I want a realperson who actually knows what they are doing to contact me and fix this plus I expect a refund for dry month it did not work.

One of the worst airlines I have ever used in all my years of flying. I have used Delra in the past and had some bad experiences and try to avoid them. I have had everything from cancelled flights to long delays to a rude air hostess and flying on ancient dirty planes.Not a big fan of AA or Continental eitherl but they are so much better than Delta. Recently I had a US domestic flight to the Delta hub in Atlanta. A fairly short flight so what could possibly go wrong I foolishly thought.Well 1st of all the flight was delayed by 2 hours meaning I missed my connecting flight. The plane was also dirty, old fashioned, with poor service, a lack of drinks and a entertainment system that didn't work.But it gets better I was told to go to the Delta desk after my missed connecting flight due to the late arrival by Delta. The customer service desk by Delta was awful, with a complete lack of interest or empathy from them. We were just treated like cattle.Oh yes and they lost my baggage! When I did finally get it 3 days later it was filthy and soaking wet, with some of the contents damaged.

I love ordering from Barnes and Noble! I try to always order here instead of Amazon because I want to support my favorite bookstore. The only thing I would want some changes are the packaging when ordering online. Sometimes its great and wrapped with care, and other times its a bunch of books thrown in a box, and they get ripped and bent. Other than that I love it!

Years ago, I had my DNA test done with HeritageDNA and found it very rewarding, plus they provided me with a long list of relatives.I thought Ancestry.com, being the leader, would've offered at least as much. Instead, I was provided only vague, generalized information, nothing regarding past relatives, and a short list of only four potential relatives. It's too bad that any potentially helpful feature requires one to get into an extended payment plan. Disappointing.
