Like many others on here, I too have been conned by the “12 month” contract lie and am stuck paying for a service I don’t need and won’t use. Even now, with only two months to go, they refuse to waive the ‘cancellation fees’ and will not process my request to cancel without prior payment. I will never use this company again due to the extremely poor way they treat their customers!
