Horrendous experience. Received a faulty drone that wouldn’t connect to the remote and it flew away the second it was launched/turned on. (Apparently quiet common) As I couldn’t return it (it flew away) they wouldn’t refund. I offered to send all the box/packaging/ contents back but they wouldn’t help me get a solution. I even had a video of it all happening. Very bad experience as I have been a prime member for years upon years. I would have been happy with help on how I could try locate the drone or anything but they just washed their hands of it. They have my money so there was no interest in helping. Very disappointed
