poorly managed properties

I have stayed at a variety of best wester properties over the years. They have always been middle of the road to low end. Over the past 2 weeks I have stayed at 3 different bw properties. 2 were horrible (Junction, TX and Tuscon, AZ), 1 was ok. Both horrible hotels had obnoxious staff and maintenance issues. The ok 1 was about what I expected, nothing bad, nothing to brag about either. When I listed my concerns on the review requested by bw, Junction apologized and Tuscon blamed me for the issue. I was also not credited with rewards points for one night.During this time I also stayed at 2 Choice Hotel properties. These hotels met or exceeded expectations. Based on my interactions with bw management, I will be avoiding bw at all costs.

I called to cancel my free trial before…

I called to cancel my free trial before the deadline and was pressure to extend free of charge, even if I didn't want to. I was also promised that no additional fee would incurr. I was then charged, and the rep had terrible customer service skills and used accusator, demeaning and provocative tone. I was shocked. I will never buy Adobe anymore and will make sure to share my experience around. You don't deserve business.

Customer service at bol.com

I wanted to write a review about a partner of bol.com (Omar) that didn't send me my product within the agreed time.I can't. Their billiebot says i can write a review after a week, their 'real' person says within two weeks. And they cannot help me because their system does that automatically. I've been a client for a long time but i guess bol.com is passe. I will just cancel my product and get my money back. Instead of helping me they just ended the chat. wow where is the customer success from the old days.

Bol is strictly a 2nd or 3rd tier option for us

We do use Bol, but only as a 2nd or 3rd option in NL. If you've used other more advanced competing shopping platforms, there is a big difference.1. They have no easy mechanism for flagging products with incorrect, incomplete or false specifications. We've seen this multiple times, but have no way of flagging it other than to fill out a form, email it and wait....like a government agency. 2. Bol poorly accommodates early holiday shopping. If you buy something in early November for Christmas, don't count on returning/exchanging it after the holidays. We shop FAR more with Bol competitors for early holiday shopping.3. After Fruugo, Bol seems to have the most drop shippers on its site, selling products they don't actually stock, make or even deliver sometimes, at markedly higher prices. This isn't illegal, but we spend a lot more time price checking products on Bol against other providers, and it is a pain. Bol's response indicates they don't actually know what drop shipping is (offering a product from a 3rd party supplier without ever storing or making it yourself - accepting sales of products from 3rd party websites exacerbates this problem as they may also be drop shippers, and you aren't validating any of it!) 4. We've encountered far more sellers advertising products on Bol that they don't actually have, more than on any other shopping site. This has gotten a little better in the past couple years however...5. Given all the problems in 1-4 above, it is amazing that there is still no seller rating system on Bol, or Amazon in NL as there is in the US. I'm sure this is due to a national law or policy, but is clearly needed. Having said all this, their Select service is excellent, and their product selection is fairly broad (but pales in comparison to alternatives in the UK, US, Canada, Germany etc.).

Caution this company is not fair

Caution this company is not fair, they give a 7 days trial and don't respect. They charge me 39$ immediatly and don't refund me The customer service know this and is the company habit. Very not satisfied.

I was dropped off in a sketchy spot…

I was dropped off in a sketchy spot miles away from my destination and Lyft did not notice. I had to order another ride to get back. When I reached out to Lyft they said nothing was wrong with the ride even though you could clearly see in the history how far I was dropped off. They said it must be a bug and offered me a $5 coupon, which doesn't even cover the cost of the additional ride I had to order. Really disconcerting experience, Lyft clearly doesn't actually execute on their "safety" features

Got a new PLEASE DO NOT BUY HP BE WARNED PEOPLE I got a new printer from HP 3months go it works when it wants to. terrible be warned people do not buy HP then today they offered me a refurbished one cheeky gets so I smashed it up while on phone to them then put it out of the window log on to all media to watch the video please share this please don't buy hp for your children at Xmas it will only ruin it for them
