John and Danilo from Readymovers in Brisbane were better than you could ever expect.Their care and attention to our things was great.Nothing was too much trouble and they also helped us move a large piece of furniture from our garage which as older clients was so helpful.I would unconditionally recommend these guys.

As a host, renting to strangers can be intimidating. While most guests are great, occasionally you encounter a difficult person, and it can quickly turn into a nightmare, with no real support. The customer service experience is incredibly frustrating, you’re passed from one representative to another, with no resolution in sight. It feels like they don’t understand the issue, and each person gives you a different answer. In the end, it’s a complete waste of time, leaving you bitter because they profit from your efforts but don’t provide the protection you need when things go wrong.

Beautiful items with swift delivery. However I ordered 3 items to give as Christmas gifts ( 3 different people) all 3 arrived in bar grip bags with barcode labels stuck on them in one box. Very, very poor presentation. They say this is a more sustainable way of doing things, but you can pay for additional boxes - how is this being sustainable? The packaging makes the items look like they are counterfeits. This needs to be addressed along with your Customer services, who do not have a clue and just read from a script, with no empathy.

constantly provides the wrong answers and also provides what i don't ask for, i have to write a long prompt just to ask something so simple and it still goes against what i ask, for a company with access to a vast amount of knowledge you would expect a lot more from their AI. I double check absolutely everything and it just ads to my workload, these programs are supposed to make things easier for us and yet they seem to just ad to it.

I posted a job for post-opp transportation and immediately had a reply. The syntax felt off, and once they agreed to do the job I never heard back. It was clearly a fake bot account. Fortunately I was able to make other arrangements, but I can't imagine doing this to people who are just trying to find care! I reported the account and wrote a review, but I had to change the wording twice because the site flagged the words "fake" and "scam" as profanity.

So, as you can see for yourself, very left-leaning, biased, pro-socialist, and possibly even pro-communist. Good to criticize America but doesn't show anything positive about America unless it involves Bernie Sanders or AOC. Praises Cuba, China, etc. Avoid this site like the plague. Easy 1/5

Apparently a Porsche Macan is not waterproof, and it is necessary to perform periodic checks on the car to check to see if the roof rails have not blocked up leading to serious flooding of the cars floor/rear. I am facing a hefty bill to rectify a problem that is a manufacturing fault, which Porsche simply won't acknowledge. Utter disgrace of a company.

The next day, my credit card was charged $25. + $1 then another $25 + $1. I sent an email explaining the situation and requested a refund. Kati responded straightaway and refunded everything. Very pleasant. She is the reason for the 4 stars. ⭐️
