I was dropped off in a sketchy spot miles away from my destination and Lyft did not notice. I had to order another ride to get back. When I reached out to Lyft they said nothing was wrong with the ride even though you could clearly see in the history how far I was dropped off. They said it must be a bug and offered me a $5 coupon, which doesn't even cover the cost of the additional ride I had to order. Really disconcerting experience, Lyft clearly doesn't actually execute on their "safety" features
