I wanted to write a review about a partner of bol.com (Omar) that didn't send me my product within the agreed time.I can't. Their billiebot says i can write a review after a week, their 'real' person says within two weeks. And they cannot help me because their system does that automatically. I've been a client for a long time but i guess bol.com is passe. I will just cancel my product and get my money back. Instead of helping me they just ended the chat. wow where is the customer success from the old days.
