Review of delta
I made three flights using Delta Air Lines for my visit over Christmas 2022 to family in New Orleans. The flight out was on Christmas Day: London Heathrow to Atlanta with Virgin Airways (brilliant, and with whom I had made the bookings) and the second flight from Atlanta to New Orleans was with Virgin's partner airline Delta. This flight was actually okay: crew were pleasant and willing. My return flights with Delta were not so good. The flight from New Orleans to Detroit, on Tuesday 3rd January, was only okay, the crew were satisfactory, no more. The overnight flight from Detroit to London Heathrow was not satisfactory. It did not start well: there was a lengthy delay taking off, which the captain explained was a computer anomaly re the luggage load. Then after takeoff because of turbulence the staff were unable to start coming round with drinks. When they did, there was no eye contact and lack of any personable service. The drinks were almost thrown at us, with no information about choices. The main meal was poor (the description by the crew didn't help - my chosen main was "Beef and Rice") - the beef was about 40 per cent soft fatty lumps, but the starter was, guess what - Rice Vinaigrette! Rice twice! The desert was fine ( a Chocolate Ganache) but very small. The crew did not ask if I wanted wine with the meal., and continued to show no care at all.Later in the flight, when passengers were starting to try to sleep, I felt quite ill and nauseous (this was not air sickness - it was a severe migraine) and had to use the paper bag from the seat pocket. I then walked to the toilet with great difficulty, to dispose of the bag/contents, and cleaned the toilet. I had not rung for assistance as I did not want to wake passengers who were sleeping. Then I walked - very slowly as I was feeling very faint and still nauseous - past my seat to the tail of the plane to request some more bags. I literally sank down into a small seat in the staff section in the tail. The female blonde crew member entered the section from the other side and immediately told me brusquely that I could not sit there - it was a staff seat. I said I needed some more bags as I was unwell, and she snapped "Yes, but you can't sit there!" I got up, still feeling very faint, and she returned at the same time as a kinder male crew member produced some bags - the blonde had returned with a large grey bin bag for me to use!?! I walked slowly back to my seat. I did not vomit again but when the plane landed I decided that because i was still very weak, my best bet was to wait until last, so that I would not delay passengers wishing to be off more quickly. This I did, (except for about 4 remaining passengers) retrieved my hand luggage from the overhead locker and walked very slowly off the plane. Am I wrong to have expected a crew member could have come to check if could manage? Some assistance would have been welcome - I am an over 70, and was travelling alone. There were no crew members at the door, only one of the pilots, to whom I said thank you.I worked in the NHS for 45 years - concern for our "customers" was paramount, with politeness, concern and a smile, The same goes for my present job. (Yes, I am still working, part time with the general public, but not patients) There was no display of customer care on this flight at all. I shall avoid Delta Airlines in future, and will be sending a copy of this to Virgin Airlines, who should be reminded that one of their partners has such a low review score on TP. I would have given 1 star, but due to the first of the 3 Delta flights being fine, I have given 2 stars.

I cannot rate Squarespace highly enough. I am new to web building and the thought of making my own website was daunting. I need not have worried! The templates are easy to use and have fresh innovative designs and clear guidance.
The best though is the customer service. Personal, friendly and helpful. Speedy replies, even though I'm in the UK. There are so many tutorials to talk you through and helpful hints.

So far I've had a good experience. I was surprised that I was lead to Squarespace from Google, but I have a functional website. I've only been up for 2 weeks, but so far so good. If my experience takes a negative turn I'll be sure to update.

NEVER USE SQUARESPACE. Squarespace is without a doubt the worst, most incompetent, scamming company I have EVER had to deal with. We had a domain with google workspace and we unfortunately had to succumb to the HELL that is called squarespace when they merged. I had to reach out for support because our info@ email stopped working and hasn't been receiving emails for years when we had to transfer over. They went into our website and changed the DNS settings and in doing so broke our code and made THE WHOLE COMPANY'S emails inactive! I have been wanting to transfer domains for a long time but cannot afford for our site to be down for as long as they are going to screw us over. They continue to mess up everything I ask for help with and have screwed up our entire system. IF YOU WERE EVEN THINKING ABOUT USING SQUARESPACE, STOP THINKING. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I bought few Mi 360 Home Security Cameras about a year ago. It worked OK however they were not compatible with Home Assistant setup (HACS integration is available but its very buggy and 9 out of 10 it says "service un-available". Today when I open the Xiaomi Home app, it requires me to (Forced me to) buy a subscription service just to view clips taken by the camera's surveillance mode which is saved on my own storage. I have not used Xiaomi resources like their cloud storage as I have used micro SD cards as video storage. Also, during setup I don't recall any info regarding a subscription requirements however with new firmware update Xiaomi forces me to buy/ pay money to view my own footage on my own memory card. Disabling playback viewing is so unreasonable when footages are stored on local storage and I stream them via my own wifi. Now these camera's are not more than a paperweight. Don't buy this crap!

I wasted 45 minutes of my life attempting to link a product key to my account. I was unsuccessful. I was not successful because of how Office was purchased. It is a legitimate key. That part is not in question. Microsoft customer service should mirror what Apple does. When one is paying a premium for their products, this should not occur. Make the process easy and seamless. Lesson learned.

Mal vorweg : Der MDR ist ein öffentlih rechtlicher Fernsehsender, den alle bezahlen. Seit einiger Zeit wird hier offenbar vermehrt Ostalgie pur gesendet. Ständig geht es um diese untergegangene DDR. Ständig laufen verklärende DDR Spielfilme, neu aufgelegte DDR Unterhaltungsprogramme, "Magazine" wie die "Umschau" Ein DDR Hardliner Propaganda Magazin. Hier werden die Ostdeutschen "bei Frust" gehalten, indem die "guten Ostzeiten" unerträglich verklärt werden und unterschwellig nichts Gutes bis nur Schechtes über "den Westen" "berichtet" wird. Jeder, der das nicht glaubt : ansehen ! Bei der Umschau z:B. kommt garantiert nach spätestens 3-5 Minuten "DDR" "Ostzeiten" oder Ähnliches. Wenn das so weiter geht muss man sich nicht wundern, dass immer mehr Ostdeutsche ihre DDR Diktatur wiederhaben wollen und entsprechend polarisiert werden. Heimat und Regional hat beim MDR offensichtlich die Definition DDR. Normalerweise ein Prüf-Fall für den Rundfunk und Medienrat ! Andere Regionalsender stehen für die Region, Kultur und nicht wie beim MDR für eine untergegangene Ideologie.

Zoom does not allow me to cancel a large meeting addon myself on their website. I have to contact support. I contacted support via a message which has not resulted in the addon cancelation and a phone call where I waited over an hour for an answer which resulted in the rep requiring that they COLD transfer me to another department. Wow, watch out when purchasing an addon from them.
