Not even a costumer service.

Well, it's simple enough I have forgotten my password as usually people do, so I tried to recover it, long story I couldn't because they have a policy about having a decrypted key in the browser cache files. Well, I flushed the cache multiple times so it's a goner. No worries I'm gonna try the customer service. Yeah... there is none if you are not logged in, only forums, which wasn't helpful, managed to do a loop of links same I pressed the "I forgot my master password" button which led me to my first try, yep cache is still flushed. So forums here I come back! Can't reach a single person to just discuss my problem. Well, off I go like I just shot myself in the leg! Last resort account reset, oh yeah I tried so many times they probably blocked my IP that I have been using for 2 years, and the site won't even load. So resetting my account did nothing still can't log in because I tried even 2 times to reset, but nothing. Yeah, no one to talk to, not a single solution I purged my account and deleted it for good. Wrote a message to "Why I was dissatisfied with the services" which took me 10 minutes and the link expired, can't even say what I was going through. Used this service for 2-3 years I had forgotten my master password over the years multiple times this one was the first time that I could not recover, horrible services. Stick whit iCloud.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would.The application didn't load properly nor let me access my data on my phone... which was the whole point of having an account in the first place... For months.When I tried to contact customer service I found out THEY HAVE NONE, only posted questions and answers which were zero help to me. In the end, I decided I would rather COMPLETELY START FROM SCRATCH (resetting, gradually, every single password I have) with another password keeper then continue to use, or attempt to use, LastPass.Additionally, I have a friend who's security ppl told her the only way her banking info could have been compromised was via her password keeper - which was lastpass.

Not trustworthy, inconsistent performance

I’ve been a LastPass Family user for about 4 years now. I signed up at a family member’s recommendation and stuck it out after multiple frustrating issues in hope the service would improve. Just as it did start to improve (after the company was sold) the large data breach happened in Dec 2022. Since I practice good security in general and use very secure passwords I felt relatively safe. I followed all the company’s guidance after the breach to protect myself and my family, and even spoke to support to ease my mind. A week ago, there was a fraudulent attempt to use the debit card to my business bank account. For obvious reasons I keep the card locked. I also never use it to pay for anything. The account is relatively new and I’ve used the debit card only 3 times at the actual bank branches. It seemed highly unlikely my card was cloned or somehow captured online. Then, days later, the same was attempted with my business credit card. Considering my careful use of my business accounts I can’t help but think that both card numbers were obtained from the data stolen in the LastPass breach. I’m sharing this experience to warn others who feel they are safe with LastPass or any password manager that stores all your information online. I’m sure I haven’t seen the last of these fraud attempts.

Asked for a refund, obtained a dry "no"

After their famous data breach I asked for a refund of my family plan and obtained only a defiant "no".Lost my trust in them as technically savy and as honest business.

I keep getting emails generally about…

I keep getting emails generally about breaking rules and money owing etc..i don't ever know who they are but it's making me ill,I'm not aware iv signed any contract with them ,I believe they are scammers,

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Was locked out of my account and the identity verification email was never received so cannot get access. Customer service was not at all helpful and when I asked how to complain they refused to acknowledge. I am a paying subscriber but not again. After almost two weeks still locked out. These people are the definition of poor service.

Locked out of Account 3 times -

I have been with LastPass for a number of years and they were very good for the most part. But in the last couple of years, they have been ridduclously bad. I have been locked out of my account 3 times and unable to access any of my passwords. The latest was this week where I was locked out for 3 days. Since the last time I was locked out I have been using my Google saved passwords, but the time has come for me to find an alternative to LastPass and leave this substandard service for good.

Does not work well with Google Chrome

I love LastPass and use it for all my passwords and other secure information. It works fine on my iPhone, but on MacOS Catalina 10.15 I keep getting the problem that it thinks I am logging on with a new machine. I am not. I have 4 computers in total and only use these. I always use a Chrome browser and have it logged onto my google account. First LastPass tells me access is blocked and I have to get a code from my email. Annoying but it works after I enter the code, the first time. However after a few times it stops sending the codes and I cannot use LastPass. The other annoyance is that when I log on it tells me I have never been here before, offers me a tour and wants to install a Safari extension. I decline as I do not need a tour and do not use Safari, but again this is annoying.

Horrible support, no way you get your issue solved

Horrible support! In fact, there is no support. It logged me out suddenly and when I tried to login back, system says password is wrong. Alright, I want to recover it, but recovery link is also not working (it says, link is expired, but I click it the minute I receive in my inbox). Last, there is no way to contact support, you need to sign in first (which is no way for me, as my issue is with sign in). So, I need to enter my account, but how? Password Recovery does not work, support is also not working as I need to first sign in.
