The Godday agent named Daniel was amazing. I had gotten disconnected twice with other agents and was seriously frustrated with GoDaddy before calling back and getting Daniel on the line. His balance of customer service and competence was about perfect! GoDaddy is lucky to have an employee like that!

I booked a place in advance for a vacation in Vancouver. The accommodation fully charged me and then canceled the reservation just three hours before check-in. I have been chasing Booking.com for the refund for over a month now, and they have only prolonged the process. Still, I haven’t received my money back. This is very poor customer service and shows how irresponsible this website is if something goes wrong.

I made a booking with booking.com I had an issue with the hotel due to not as advertised and a safety issue. I requested a partial refund. The customer service at booking.com is just plain rubbish. Initial response was 48 hours. No response. Emailed again with all my info and confirmation number. Emailed reply ‘please provide information’ I emailed back. No response. Went to customer service via app. ‘We will respond within 24 hours’. No reponse. Emailed again with all my information and confirmation number. No reponse. I won’t be using booking.com again. Poor customer service and no reponse. Next time go with another company.

I ordered a set of 20kg weights with next day delivery. With one day of delay I received the delivery - a baseball bat with weight of 20kg instead of the gym set. Tell me it's not a scam. I contacted customer support and they told me I have to return it to the seller on my own cost and I will get a refund after. How I'm going to return 20kg baseball bat and how much will I have to pay to post it? Will I receive the item I paid for? And when? They can't answer that. Amazon used to have a great customer service but now it is extremely unhelpful. You lost a customer.

Disaster and waste of money. Had to send my coffee machine in three times over 1 year for same problems. They replaced machine and same problem with replacement. Three months after replacement got sent in for repair, same problem again. They refuse to fix without charging me now! Customer service stinks and if you send email to them, even in response to their email to you, maybe you will hear back a month later. The machine cost over $600 and is difficult to clean well and the pipes on the inside seem to crack and leak over a short period of time, will NEVER buy from this company again!

I think that purchasing this app is a crap shoot. Sometimes it will work well and other times it buffers non stop and becomes intolerable. I would have thought a group like ESPN could put this app together well with all the years they have in experience but they really disappoint. I wish the UFC stuck with Fox Sports.

I downloaded a game - but when I launched it, I got an error message and it did not work. I tried to get a refund but was told I was not eligible as I had downloaded the game. My question is - how can you purchase a game and not download it before finding out it is broken? BEWARE purchasing games from Sony on the Playstation store - you are better off purchasing the physical game at a store like Target where they will refund you no questions asked.

Over £700+ lost in cargo fees PLUS the cost of the items and the unlimited stress anxiety caused. Contacted daily and numerous times to be told next week next week. Now no answer at all. Social media is still being updated daily if not hourly messages sent via Facebook are ‘read’ not replied to. The company has no intention of delivering your cargo and now have ‘disappeared’. Only option is to report to the higher officials police and Fraud Agencies. But please take heed do not use them you will lose your items and money also.

They do not do anything. I am a victim of a 27,000.00 elaborate used car scam in Upstate, NY, and I lost my original 2018 Honda Fit trade-in with no lien and I also permanently lost my NYS Drivers License due to the scam as SFCU put Texas insurance on the 2019 Nissan, and NY DMV did not accept the insurance. I lost the 2019 Nissan Versa, a great car from the Ford dealership. The scam involves two banks (SFCU, and Community Bank, NA) and two car dealerships Nissan and Royal Auto of Oneonta, NY). I live in a rural area, and I am a senior. The BBB does nothing about it, just refers me to other agencies that do nothing--NYS Attorney General's Office (Binghamton, NY); Consumer Affairs Protection Bureau, NCUA--none of them do anything and refer me to a different agency. The NYS Consumer Affairs Division does nothing either but refers me to another do-nothing agency. I sense that the consumer affairs departments are all lazy, racist, or incompetent. I spent a lot of time putting all the documents together, and they do not do anything.Last year, the BBB helped me with receiving a refund from a company. This year, they do not seem to do anything.
