The autoresponder and email marketing aspect is decent but their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. They charged me an extra $134 without even asking when I tried to downgrade my account and refused me a refund even with evidence that I did not authorize the transaction. Avoid like the plague.

Why are we still watching constant repeats of bargain hunt and why are most of them socially distanced. They are showing episodes from over two years ago and repeat after repeat. Why am I paying a TV licence just to watch repeated episodes. I’m sick of watching repeats on the BBC and having to pay for the privilege

A while back, I bought a computer that included an all-inclusive McAfee package, including a virtual private network, aka VPN. I had trouble getting their VPN to work. I told them and they said that "it's a glitch." I asked them on more than one call or chat session, whether or not I need VPN, and they told me "Yes." So I eventually decided to buy their VPN and install their VPN app. I then had trouble using it. When I told them, they told me that it does not work because I already have a McAfee VPN, including their VPN app, so the double apps are interfering with each other. I asked them for a refund, but they refused. So they lied to me. They did not tell me that I already have their VPN BEFORE I bought the same thing from them, when I already have one for free.

I ordered a product more than a month ago which has never been deliverd to me. After one month, bol.com is still investigating @ Postnl whether the item was indeed delivered to me or not. I called customer service but they were so rude and rigid and kept referring to what the system records are. Why would I (a loyal customer of more than 10 years) claim that the item was not delivered if this was not the case? I was not only charged for the item and but also for additional fees because I didn't pay. My advice to bol.com give your customer service people some emotional intelligence training because it is obvious they are very much short of. And also have trust in your customers of whom you have a lot of data. I will never order anything again from bol.com

DONT ever buy a Samsung tv from Best Buy. They do not service Samsung and then you have to go through Samsung. Then you have to deal with some local mom and pop tv repair service. I bought a Samsung Qled tv less than three months ago and it’s already bad.

I did the writing course and was very disapointed. Lots of wordy video where a writer talks a lot of jargon and interviews writers who talk a lot of jargon too. Not many exercises and most pointless, they won't help you to learn. The exercises feedback is left to chance, whether a student will review your exercise or not, mostly not. Don't waste your money. There are much better courses out there.

Once upon a time AbeBooks was a great place to get used and new books at a great price. Today, December 2024 they are an absolute fiasco to do business with. I bought a couple of books to be shipped to friends and it’s taken nearly two months to get the books as the shipping keeps gets screwed up. The customer service is a joke. You ask a simple question and never get an answer. I can’t imagine them being in business 10 years from now if they continue such awful customer service.
