I've had AT&T mobile for 19 years. Since I was 17 years old. I didn't know any better then. Now, having had multiple screw ups at a store with upgrades, unauthorized plan changes, or always some new hidden fee with a "free upgrade" that was not disclosed up front. I'm both a Servicemember and a Student, and They tried to scam me previously with the first net deal. Only a National Guard or LEO 1ST responder with an account code can use this, NOT ACTIVE DUTY.I ordered a phone for a "free" upgrade online where they said I would pay 0.99 a month on my monthly bill for. I added the one time fee. Somehow that turned into a plan change and a $60 month regular upcharge.My monthly plan equates to that of a car payment or gas for one vehicle for a month. This is insane. They are driving customers to their competitors..It gets much worse when you get into fiber or Uverse. I was billed monthly for fiber, but the installer used a broadband network switch that is not capable of fiber.Its a trend of over promising and under delivering with hidden fees. The service has always been great. But their total net profit vs what we spend is unacceptable.Secondly, I spent over $2000 on an Asus Rog 7 phone, then a Planet Astro slide 5G- both certified on their network, but quietly blacklisted.. After their site was showing compatibility. I mentioned it in their ATT forums that they conveniently sunsetted.I do not pay for a service to decide if I buy a phone thru them or not, I pay for a network. They ripped me off whether I used their devices or not.No matter who you go with carrier wise, bring your own device- one with global, freeware. Stop buying overpriced low tier devices.

The customer service representative need to be trains better not just pacify the customer . I’ve been dealing with with a billing issue since February.And a phone I don’t have but was charged for and the line. When I was finally directed to talk to the loyalty department. The solution was,this is all I can do for you because we can only go back Three Months in our system. And (Miles) the representative was rude he doesn’t now how to talk to customers to say he in a loyalty position of a job. Yes I was upset but I was trying to get him to understand as a customer I did what I could do.No, I did not get all of my money credited to my account. AT&T do better.

Absolutely terrible service. Several of my last orders either not arrived or very last minute saying it’s not out for delivery will be delivered at a later date. Today again supposedly driver posted through letterbox. Utter rubbish two of us at home I’m at the outside of the door it was supposedly delivered to. But no van no delivery nothing. Customer service quite useless pay again to have another one sent out we will eventually refund you. Can’t afford double orders sorry. Refund when arranged will then be 5+ days after that. She was adding to my account instead of my card will take 1-2 hours. System says more than 24 hours. Complained about prime as regular problems with it. Wanted to cancel and not renew they did this with immediate effect hopefully get a refund for the time I had left as you pay in advance. Tried to reorder however price after cancellation was much more expensive but I can have original price if i use prime again disgraceful.

Hopeless at forecasting. Their data is wrong 99 percent of the time. They have just shown an update which shows cloud coming in from the south west, but it's been blowing from the north west for the last 8 hours. Still, they show that tomorrow will be cloudy, which conflicts completely with reliable data from the weather and radar app, which shows a clear day for all of England. Update, the cloud is still blowing from the north east and met office still shows something completely different. It's not cloudy, and hasn't been all day. They still have it as cloudy on their app too. The forecast is 100 percent incorrect. Weather and radar is the way to go. Avoid the met office if you actually want to know the weather. And the smugness of the forecasters! Aghhhhh!

They took two subscriptions in error and now agreed to refund one. However despite agreeing to refund me they have never sent the money and every time I call to chase it up, they say it’s been escalated and I still haven’t received the money. Every time they say they will call me back, but they don’t, customer services have ignored my e mail. Basically they stole my money and won’t return it. Do not use them!

Foolishly I presumed ADOBE was a bona-fide was a creditable software company. What a mistake it is no better than a scam trader. Trapping individuals into subscriptions they never wanted and making it impossible to contact them. Log in to your account and there are no plans showing despite them having falsely taken money from your account. Have used ADOBE products over decades it is simply disgusting. Please do not trade with this sham of a company.

AAA is horrible! I walked out of a building to find a flat tire. Called AAA at 5:17 pm. It is now 9:57 pm and they aren’t here to fix my tire. The app said someone will be here in 122 minutes. Then in 92 minutes. Nothing! I called customer service and the man was so rude. I’m going to the bank tomorrow to dispute the charge for AAA. I won’t my money back. They are worthless!

To anyone considering a WSJ "Free Trial" - BEWARE! I signed up for a free trial and was charged $19.99 IMMEDIATELY. I contacted WSJ right away, and they promised a refund. But, after 2+ weeks and multiple emails, NO REFUND. Reading WSJ’s horrendous reviews at the BBB, it's no surprise.

I'm a driver for Lyft and I read all these bad comments about what we do. Does anyone know or care what us drivers go through? We have passengers who tells us how to drive or smoke weed or yell at us as if we're stupid or even some don't wipe their feet leaving our cars in a mess and some don't even close the door and say thank you. For some this is a full time gig and we're human people prone to make mistakes and sometimes the GPS gives us the wrong direction but a little respect is all we ask.

IDMB declines reviews without commenting if they highlight whitewashing.Declined Candy Cane Lane review:Eddie Murphy brings his amazing charm to the film, but it fails due to excessive diversification and mediocre writing. The portrayal of white characters as villains, annoying or competitive neighbors and overly posh anchorman feels exaggerated, diminishing the overall quality of the movie. The inclusion of a black Santa, while potentially interesting, adds to the film's overwhelming diversification approach. A more balanced representation and nuanced diversification could have enhanced the movie more. Sadly this execution resulted in a totally opposite result. This film is definitely to be avoided when watching with kids, it totally misses the point of Christmas.I sadly had a similair experience with: Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey

I am very disgusted with HP!I purchased a desktop for my son from the HP website. Once we turned it on it had defaultuser0 and it wanted a passport from us which we didn't have.We called HP support, but they couldn't help us. We asked for a replacement.We were promised someone would contact us within 48 hrs. I only received one email asking if I wanted a replacement or refund, I replied immediately and I haven't heard anything since.
