Review Time
I signed up for the 7 day free trial. The offer indicated the company would email me in time to make a decision whether to continue. They did not email me.I tried the "brown noise" sleep aid. It found it to be of no benefit. I tried a few of the relaxation meditations and found them to be very superficial and generally not helpful.I tried to cancel the service. The web site was so complicated I found it very difficult to cancel. By the time I did cancel they had already charged me for a year of service. There was no way to talk to a person.In my opinion the product is of poor quality and greatly over priced. The company has been very uncooperative.
RIP OFF!!!I unwillingly subscribed twice because of a bug on their landing page. First time with one email address, second time with another one. Both containing my first and last names. A day after my subsctiption I've noticed two transfers to Calm.com on my bank account so I asked for a refund for one out of both subcriptions. But they are acting blind. I've sent a screenshot of by bank statement, my accounts on calm.com, but still. They just don't want to give a refund so I have two accounts for msyself until Jan 2024... Thus, I'll try to stay "calm" until then but be carefull of this company, for a company delivering services around "self-development" they are not customer centric at all.
I was charged $$$$ for the use of the app after my free trial ended. I request a refund. They sent me a email confirming my cancelation. I NEVER got refunded and they say that they don’t have a way of refund. Horrible policy! I will never use that app again.
I don't need to dial up an app to get minutes of silence. And the voice makes me want to punch myself. And I'm so, so tired of meaningless verbiage. "Let yourself feel awareness sinking into your body...". No, there will be no more sinking into my body.
