Should have read this reviews before being foolish by a facebook add. I went to Market Harborough festival, and had a good time, but then everything went wrong when I went to my car to get some jackets and was refused entry back.Will never attend an event organised by this company again

Website gives an error that doesn't allow me to go to the cash register. Wrote customer support. They keep forwarding me to Otto payments, but it's not an issue with paying, I can't even get that far. So pretty bad service.

Brenn at fast fix mobiles went above…

Brenn at fast fix mobiles went above and beyond to help my Mum - not only did he source a mobile which my mum was familiar with he also did all the transfer of her pictures etc then dropped the phone off to her accommodation and gave her a few pounds in her pocket by way of an exchange. Top class service will definitely use again and throughly recommend.

I worked for a company online for 3 years. Their name is "CreativeMarket". It took me a while to get my portfolio up and running. And finally had some buyers for my digital items. The company gets a large percentage of each sale I make (over 70%), which is in line of how digital stock companies normally operate. I patiently watched my earnings balance slowly grow. However, when I met the minimum limit to make a withdrawal, I discovered that my earnings balance went back to $0. I hadn't made any withdrawals or spent it in any way. I contacted them for answers, they waved the agreement terms to me, buried within it, it basically says the company gets to take $4 a month from my earnings balance (my money) unless I routinely spend my balance to buy stuff. Meaning either they take my earnings away slowly, or I hand the earnings i made to them willingly by buying things, and that if i don't like it. I can close my account instead.This in effect means, that because they control the exposure of portfolios, and can determine which items sell and which are hidden, they can tune the exposure just right, so that I and others are stuck in perpetuity making small amounts that never make it to the minimum amount for withdrawal, and handing it over to them because of the arbitrary fees they imposed. Which essentially means, working for free.I didn't think practices like these were legal. It's akin to slavery. Abusing the fact that I live abroad, and cannot represent myself in the United States legally when they do crap like that to myself and others. Not one company I dealt with professionally have this arbitrary rule imposed. Whether it's based in the US or elsewhere.I ask that you investigate this malpractice and do what you can to bring it to an end. I understand that because I'm not a US citizen, that I am not represented by your constitution. However, I do pay taxes to the IRS, and this incident took place within a US based business. But most importantly, the company relies on these facts, to get away with robbing people who can't do anything about it.

Subscription Trap

Just hopping on here to echo the experiences of everyone else (which they are certainly aware of). I signed up for a telegraph digital account via an introductory offer for £29, using an Apple ID in May 2023.Never received any courtesy email to explain that this would auto renew in May 2024 (as you would expect for a bank withdrawal of £300). To be honest I forgot the app was there as I barely used it. When I noticed the charges of £269 + £29 on my statement I nearly fainted. I went on the website and submitted an enquiry as instructed - this was on 27th April 2024. I did not receive a response to this enquiry (despite chasing) until 31 May. The extent of the response was to tell me to call the helpline. (They can take bank details online, but cannot take cancellation instructions online for 'security reasons').When I did call the helpline, they said that they couldn't refund me because the 14 day grace period had now elapsed, (because it took them over a month to reply to my emails. Like most people I work full time and so can't be on hold during regular hours - something they doubtless know). If they were confident that their product is actually valuable to their consumer base, then it would be the easiest thing in the world to ask people to manually renew every 12 months. It's incredibly cynical to extort money from people on the technicality that they don't have the resources to fight this sort of beurocracy.

HBX terrible returns policy

I bought a stussy t shirt in size small in white as a gift for my boyfriend. The size did not fit my boyfriend well and so I requested an exchange for a t shirt in size medium but this time in black. Firstly the returns policy is shocking, costing me £5.50 to return the t shirt after I had already payed around £7 for the original shipping. I then received the new t shirt in size medium but the top was white not black. I am unhappy with the top I have received and wish to return it, however the expensive and inconvenient returns policy is stopping me from doing so. I will not be ordering from HBX again and am diasappointed with the returns policy and my exchanged item not being what I requested.

They didn't deliver my Father's…

They didn't deliver my Father's birthday gift on May 25. They said that it would be delivered today.I went to track the delivery they wanted me to cancel the order.It wasn't until the customer service rep called them that I found out that the package was not even out for delivery (10:30 am PDT). They got it out for delivery, finally, with an estimated time between 1:15pm and 3:15 pm PDT.Now the time has changed to 2:15-4:15 pm. I called back customer service and all they did was offer empty apologies, saying there was nothing they could do and tell me that they understood my frustration (Liar) but he can't make any phone calls to Airway Heights to find out, what was suppose to be a priority delivery because of their screw ups, was no longer a priority.Amazon wants to brag about how great they are and how they are suppose to be a customer centric company who cares about the customer. I SAY BS. They care nothing about the customer. If you try to get to a customer rep at their site, their system is designed to prevent that. It will send you in a loop, denying you the ability to communicate to a human being.If you call their customer service directly (I Googled the number) their automated system has been programed to attempt to get through to a human being. It takes me over 15 minutes of saying Customer Rep, over and over again while their program tries to send me a link to there website that they have programed specifically to prevent anyone reaching a real person.I hope people read this and try for themselves to reach a live human being at Amazon.com, and they try on the phone, and then start boycotting them. I am convinced that this is retaliation and that they will find someway not to deliver my Father's birthday gift today (this is my personal opinion) because of everything I am doing with these reviews
