Used Ashdown Bass Amplifier PurchaseI bought an amp no longer in production for an acceptable price from Guitar Center's website.The used amp they sent me came quickly, is in good condition, and matches the picture on the listing. It didn't have any of the original materials- but the listing didn't specify if they had the any of the original case/instructions/cables to send with it, or really if anything was included with it at all. Not a deal breaker, but it's always good to know what else is included in a purchase. In this case it was just the amp and a power cable in the box, which is standard for this type of purchase and totally fine.The amp was just sandwiched between two layers of bubble wrap and not really in any weatherproof sealing despite shipping across the country (Florida to California). It's sensitive electrical equipment being sent in the rainy season. How hard is it to seal everything in moisture proof packaging?The IEC power cable they included had a sharp kink (90° bend), had dirty/oxidized contacts, and the ground pin snapped off at some point. Those power cables aren't expensive, but it's shockingly rude to ship me literal trash with my poorly wrapped purchase.I like the amp, but I knew I would already. I bought it from GC, even knowing that the service would probably be substandard, since it's an increasingly rare amp that isn't always on the market. They had it listed at the high end of it's estimated used price range (based on reverb.com). All they had to do was pack and ship it.

I ordered some products on adidas on 13th may and i received it on 17th may. A item was missing in my order but i already gave the money, adidas is neither delivering the product nor giving the money back. After 15 days of so many phone calls in which so many of them were not answered and mails after mails, they are saying that they dispatched the product and they can't do anything in this.I am literally feeling mentally harassed. It's their fault, they should give my money back.

AVOID! SCAMMERS. I ordered shoes, returned them as they were too small, I asked for a bigger size. I was told the shoes were dirty. I have been waiting now a month for them to return the shoes. I'm being ignored. They keep telling me my issue has been escalated but I'm getting no updates. They kept the shoes and my money. THIEFS

My girlfriends Google pixel 7 pro got the black screen of death within 6 months. Google team told us to get the screen replaced by their approved repair centre at our cost. The new screen stopped working within days, with the same problem. Going by all the forums this is a known issue but Google refuse to rectify it. We have been on a wild goose chase for over 3 months between the phone carrier, Google customer support and Googles repair centre all sending us to the other. Countless hours wasted and no resolution in site. Don't ever buy a Google phone!!!

Worst return service ever,I don't recommend anyone to buy from them at all.It's nearly 1 month since my return order(as the good came with many damages and documented with photo's) and still they didn't send me the return formula, customer service is totally not helpful. I regret buying from them.

Extremely frustrated at the atrocious customer service received from Amex UK. I have had Amex BA since Jan 22 and they STILL haven't transferred any of the avios I've accumulated. It's a useless card to have since I can't use the avios. I call them basically once a month and every time they say they will solve the problem but nothing ever happens. On top of it, looking at their complaints procedure they only take complaints via post?! Seriously?

UO cancelled my order as they ran out of stock, I got charged for the order. I contacted customer service three times by phone and each time they said it would be taken care of and there was no follow-up or record of it on my customer file when I called again. I sent them multiple screenshots from my bank account and of their cancelled order. Now they have emailed me twice to say it was only an authorization when I was clearly charged. The $50 is not really worth the time I am investing in recouping the amount and I guess this how they operate because they really don't care.

We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!

Twice they locked my account once because there was a mix up at my bank but the second time they locked me out for security reasons, but would give no explanation. Then they said I had to withdraw my funds within 72 hours. Since I don't check the email used for that account everyday, I missed the 72 hour deadline. I had to contact them and threaten them with a lawsuit before they "temporarily" re-opened my account so that I could make the necessary withdrawl.
