Review Time
I spent three days on the phone with amazon. They could not tell me why 20 shipments have been returned.I have been told that the shipments were damaged and had to be returned. I have bee told that they could not find my address. Gross incompetence at multiple levels of customer service.
Liked them or hate them, it's amazon. They'll deliver blazingly fast at a really competitive price. For the 4 years I've been buying on amazon, I never once had a bad experience. I always stick to the "Prime" vendor and I think that's why. You get 1 day delivery and free return. I extensively use my amazon drive to back up my photos. Beware that they use them to train their AI. But hey, it's 80 bucks for free shipping and a load of other services.
Got a great deal on a laptop. Using google price alerts I was able to get an excellent deal (almost 30% off of an Asus Zephyrus G). Made better because of my Prime shipping. Would buy through them again for future computer purchases
There is no profanity in my review..it is definitely misleading and the light looks like a full sized light in your picture of the gazebo and in the other pics...It is a mini light that is not worth $20 at best on alibaba or dhgate.You are now them. I will keep this reply and my review when the people/consumers start complaining and show how you gagged my review warning the consumer. Bezo was right...you will be bankrupt some day with the routes of business you are taking here...i have noticed since last xmas, you are selling junk product and tying up consumers time having to send back inferior and bad quality products...the point is to save time from going to stores...this is no longer true... ****This review was gagged and not put on..stating it was profanity...not one word of profanity was said unless scam is a new word of profanity...Spend the extra time and review the sizes..DO NOT LOOK AT PICTURES AS IT IS FAKE. Showed my outdoor light as a full sized light and paid full size price and the pictures showed as full sized light but they must have made a dollhouse pergola and put it in that for the picture and also a branch versus the tree...total misrepresentation and misleading but again no profanity in my review and they would not allow it to be seen...I have kept both and screen shot the whole thing for proof... I would like to say...Amazon was great leading up to this past year and my opinion competing with WISH or Shopify, another site that sells fly-by-nite companies junk...still waiting for my drone q/camera that never came and nothing come of it from over 2yrs ago, they lost there trust factor and now Amazon is doing the same thing....BRING BACK RETAIL STORES FOR ME FROM NOW ON...
I actually get a fair amount from Amazon because I find it convenient to get the different items I need in one place, even though the selection in some cases is "meh" and so is the quality. I had two packages within two days go "missing." Long story short, I have evidence it was the delivery company, BNI. The second missing package showed up the next day, was not the package photographed in tracking, and it had been opened then taped closed. Amazon couldn't replace two of three items in the first order, but did send me a new tarot deck . . . with BNI, against my wishes. Nonetheless I did receive it, only to open the mailer to discover I had been sent a deck someone had returned, as there was no plastic wrap around the box. I opened the box to find it had been ripped in four corners, like someone had tried to rip out the cardboard spacing. I was immensely disappointed this happened, and frankly regretted trying to get this deck. I wrote a review explaining what had happened. Apparently, Amazon just straight up deleted or did not approve it as it's nowhere to be seen, yet a second review I did that day for something else, which was positive, was approved the next day. Interesting . . .I've bought tons of stuff on Amazon, usually I don't have a problem, but I'm going to be looking elsewhere from now on to buy stuff online.
I’ve been a customer of Amazon.ca and have ordered almost a hundred items from them over the years. A few weeks ago I ordered a Tartan Tape Dispenser from Amazon.ca. When I opened the package the product was completely dusty with a crack at the top. It was DEGUSTING! So I complained with pics, returned it and t ordered another one. Viola! The exact same one was sent to me. Except this time sand was falling off the dispenser onto my desk when I took it out. I chatted with Chnmay in customer service and related the problem and requested to talk to a supervisor. Chinmay refused, said “the decision of the supervisor would be the same as mine.” I asked again, and Chinmay refused again. Chinmay would not let me talk to a supervisor. Chinmay made the decision that I’d just get a refund. So I kept this chat on my computer for anyone interested to read. Amazon.ca let somebody like Chinmay to handle customers’ problems. I used to like Amazon, but now Chinmay made me change my mind.
I am done with Amazon Canada after 3 years of being prime member (10 years on Amazon USA earlier) I understood that new Amazon is not prioritizing customers but just giving promises and if anything happen just blaming the system. So it is breaching our trust to system since it does not make customer happy. I see the future of Amazon. There will be always better system and I will use them for sure. And I will spread the word by social media, my blog, and word of mouth. I am pretty sure there are more unhappy customers everyday due to Amazon's new approach to customer
