False charges

I used my credit card few years ago to buy few items from their website. The decision I regret. Although I didn't use their services anymore, I was charged few days ago for prime membership. They are stealing my credit card. Be aware from these thugs.

Overall Very Pleased with Service

I have used Amazon.ca since it came online. I have always received good service. I use the Subscribe and Save Program and am a Prime Subscriber. Delivery has been a wee bit longer, especially from 3rd Party vendors but that is to be expected. Have had a bit of problem with some packages delivered by Canada Post. The driver tossed a couple of boxes and damaged box, however, that is not the fault of Amazon.

Deteriorated service not worth paying for

I have been a prime member for years, it used to be a benefit as you would get cheap or free faster shipping. However the last years has seen a massive decline in service, and they seldom meet the shipping targets and often the website says the item is in stock eligible for two day shipping and it turns out not to be true and it takes Amazon up to a week to actually ship the item, and then two three or four more days for it to arrive. If you waste your time pursuing it the customer service drones often are condescending and patronizing and have never made any improvement. I think its time to go back to ebay or maybe sunsky or gearbest, at least they are honest about their delivery dates and there customer service seems to be quite a bit better

My email of complaint.HelloI am contacting you in regards to a complaint. I had purchased a Samsung handset that turned out to be faulty. I had requested a return on Monday 29th June and was advised by a chat agent that collection would be Wednesday 1st July. I asked the agent are you sure as this is Monday. She confirmed and I had requested her a further 2 times it will be collected on Wednesday. Same answer. In the end nobody came to collect. I had chatted with another agent and they advised that it should have been collected Tuesday. Nobody came to the house Tuesday either. Frustrated I had asked a supervisor to call me on Thursday and arranged a pick up on 2nd July. Neither a phone call or collection. I want someone to contact me as I have had a week wasted trying to get someone to not mess me about.Amazon response sorry and thought £5 VOUCHER was good enough for a week of being messed about.

I never got my item anyway. After 2 months of waiting tI did not get a refund. I have blocked this seller from my Amazon account and have reported them for possible fraud

Having dealt with many companies that…

Having dealt with many companies that use the Corona virus epidemic to excuse horrific service (Walmart, UPS and Home Depot most notably) I would like to call out one company that impresses me over and over and over again: Amazon. Their delivery times for items in their warehouses is just as fast as before the virus and I almost always find what I am looking for. Now it is true that sometimes shipments get delayed but this is because of third party vendors located in faraway countries (almost always China) where delays are expected to begin with. If you choose an item that offers prime service you will never be disappointed with Amazon. Amazon, keep doing what you are doing - your company's efforts are much appreciated and do not go unnoticed.

Lovin' Amazon prime

Been ordering from amazon.ca here and there and got no major issues. Shipping and delivery is efficient. Returning an item was pretty easy.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I try my best not to order from them as they are squeezing out & bullying competitors. Bascially they are trying to kill or absorb any business that they compete with. All in all Amazon is unethical in their business practices -- especially the way they treat employees.I tried to order anyway and they sent the package through UPS (alas, look at UPS reviews on trustpilot, they are true).

Amazon.ca is not Amazon.com with its…

Amazon.ca is not Amazon.com with its many warehouses.Amazon is a broker who hosts third party sellers.Amazon does not help in anyway when their is a dispute. Amazon simply refers you to seller.Most items are from overseas including China.Expect delays and disappointments.Buy Local
