I didn’t even want to give this company one star. The worst company ever. If I see an EA logo on any game I want, I will intentionally not purchase it. I had 4 different “representatives” tell me 4 different things about my game. EA, you need to get your stuff together for future players, but as for me, I will no longer be using anything with your name on it. Thank you

It's apparent they do not honor their own satisfaction agreement. I downloaded a game that I could not play for even a second and tried everything within the power of the internet to launch. No joy. Their response to a refund claim was...silence. No explanation, no nothing...just that the claim was resolved and closed. Thanks for nothing except my drained bank account.

If I could give a minus I would. Whilst the egg cooker 3000 series is a great little item, the customer services are diabolical. This was purchased for an 87 year old lady, the measuring pot that comes with it is barely readable with 20/20 vision let alone an 87 year old! Having discussed this issue with customer services they have no clue as to what I was talking about! Still not resolved, the second egg boiler has perfect markings on the measuring cup, but Philips don't seem to understand or want to understand that the original cup CANNOT BE READ! I always thought they were a decent company but this experience has left a sour taste.

Extremely disappointing experience with Agoda. I booked a hotel through their platform on February 25, and the payment was deducted from my account on April 6. However, on April 14—just days before check-in—I was informed by the property that they could no longer accommodate me.I immediately requested a full refund, since this cancellation was clearly not my fault. The property stopped responding, so I turned to Agoda for help. Shockingly, Agoda claimed the payment had not yet been processed and refused my refund—despite the fact that the transaction had already been completed and charged to my bank account.To make matters worse, Agoda later told me that the property could now accept my booking again, but if I chose to cancel, I would be charged 83% of the total cost. How is this acceptable? The booking was already cancelled by the property, not me. I had already made alternative arrangements, and yet I'm being penalized?Agoda’s handling of this situation was unprofessional and left me with zero protection as a customer. There was no accountability, no effective communication, and no support when I needed it. This is not the level of service I expect from a global platform.I will seriously reconsider using Agoda in the future, and I’d caution other travelers to think twice before trusting them with your bookings.

And now that 48 hours has passed there is nothing they can do with a hose that has completely come off with no jubilee clip fitted shocking and disgraceful customer service

I schedule rides with Lyft a day or two before leaving for early morning trips. The drivers always cancel last minute. Causes me to almost miss my flights or get late to my destinations. Only reason I ever take Lyft at this point is for the sets SkyMiles. But I wish delta partnered with Uber instead because Lyft is so unreliable.

Placed an order, which showed the item was in stock. Payment taken, waited for my order. As it was next day delivery I was surprised that I did not receive tracking information. Several days later I chatted online with customer services. I was informed that despite their site showing it was in stock and payment taken …. THAT DOES NOT MEAN ITS IN STOCK….I don’t know what does than. Needless to say I won’t be getting my order. I now have to cancel the order and request a refund…..I now remember why I cancelled my ink subscription. HP are rubbish.I even messaged the CEO to advise about this issues and problems with his Web Site. Never responded.

“Item handed to the customer” - except it wasn’t. I was 60 miles away at the time, preparing for a week working away, and left instruction for the package to be left behind the porch door. This was evidently ignored and allegedly handed to the ‘customer’, who - as I’ve said, was me; no one else living at the address; and I was 60 miles away 🤷🏻♂️ - I have tried to send an email. The address no longer exists. I left low low feedback on the delivery. It put me thru to a chat with “Sudanshu” and “Catherin”, both of whom bailed on me despite me being perfectly reasonable. This has been a shocking experience, and all for just under £13. If I was a d- - c- h-ead, I’d be trying to scam for a bit more than that!

Terrible company don't book a holiday with them. Our accommodation was cancelled 2 days before arrival. We were told we could book something for 2 times the value and would receive a refund for the difference. I'm still chasing them. Customer service team has no clue. Don't book!
