Placed an order, which showed the item was in stock. Payment taken, waited for my order. As it was next day delivery I was surprised that I did not receive tracking information. Several days later I chatted online with customer services. I was informed that despite their site showing it was in stock and payment taken …. THAT DOES NOT MEAN ITS IN STOCK….I don’t know what does than. Needless to say I won’t be getting my order. I now have to cancel the order and request a refund…..I now remember why I cancelled my ink subscription. HP are rubbish.I even messaged the CEO to advise about this issues and problems with his Web Site. Never responded.
