Amazon.fr scalping prices for popular items just like eBay resellers. Amazon.fr (not marketplace sellers) try to sell collectible figurines from the same series that should all cost the same according to the supplier for increased values that change on a daily basis and they can go up from 20% to 100% more expensive. Price changes according to popularity and stock, so different figurines from the same collection that all cost the same can be found between 24.99 and 50 euros. When confronted with this through costumer support messages, they provide poor excuses to justify intentional price increases, such as having an agreement with the supplier (who confirmed me the fix price for that particular line of collectibles). I am no longer a costumer for this particular website.

Do you really have to start every show/soap/nes programme With 20 minutes of adds is it not enough that you split it up with adds? Also your programs keep buffering forcing the adds to restart. Sort it out... We dont watch anymore because of that.

As an ebay customer, I’m very disappointed that eBay Customer Service wasn’t able to Redeem the coupons they were advertising on the two orders I purchased. The coupons didn’t get applied to my purchases as I checked out. I explained this to their customer service, I asked them if they could redeem the two coupons “ STARTFRESH” They said it wasn’t possible bc the orders were complete and done. They said it would have had to been applied at the time of checking out.I was like really, I mean with today’s technology anything is possible, they could have Credit it back to my credit card. But they said it wasn’t doable bc the purchase was already completed. I was like again REALLY! , I said other companies can do this with today’s technology. They said the only way they can Redeem the coupons “STARTFRESH” was to return the items back, which meant required a return shipping labels re-package both units and contact the customer for a credit. And then replace the order again. I was shocked!! and disappointed, I’m NOT a happy customer. Very dissatisfied customer with ebay. Thank you.

I would prefer to be able to pick up the phone and report a problem. However, I followed Dashlane's instructions to submit a problem. I received a detailed reply that solved my problem. Ms Li understood my problem and she found that I needed to update the chrome extension. Who knew? Anyway, it worked and second login requests have ended.Thank you, Ms Li

Very poor experience with Facebook, having had my profile account hacked and then suspended due to the hacker activity on the hacked account. Everything happened so quickly I couldn't secure the account in time. No appeal allowed so all of my work of years in my profile, my originated pages and my groups was all wiped away in a moment by Facebook. I'm unsure exactly what got posted to my account resulting in account suspension as evidently I wasn't in full sole control of the account for some time leading up to then. I acted too slow to attempt account recovery myself by going in to secure the account by password change to stop the hacker who had obtained access into the account. Likely my pin wasn't sufficient as I'd possibly inadvisably used the same PIN code for a long duration of time and in a few different places online. I'd become aware in the past week of friends locally phoning me saying there were other accounts pretending to be me contacting them by their messenger. I told them to ignore as definitely wasn't me contacting them and asking for money loans etc. I should have thought to secure account then really. I assumed it was just a cloning of account in Messenger somehow or other so that my contacts were hacked. Then I began to realise there were postings mostly not noticeable immediately as were not to my page but into my groups pages, supposedly looking like me posting it. But things that I definitely hadn't posted. And wouldn't have posted. Lots of spam picture posts especially promoting brands and items looking like China made goods.That's when I realised I'd been account fully compromised and hacked into. I went immediately then in urgency to my page to try to change passwords on the account. To try to regain control of the account. And was met with a suspended account message giving me no access to try to even attempt to change passwords to secure the account. It invited me to appeal, which I did do, and which was the only thing I really could do in the situation immediate. As the suspension effectively closed off any access otherwise to the messenger, my account profile page and into any groups I was in. So I was unable to warn anyone else friends or group members wise of what had happened. And obviously due to account suspension I couldn't relay what was happening to Facebook. This has just all happened too quickly for me to counter the account hack. I'm unsure if there's anything I can do to contact Facebook to relay to them what had happened in the hacking of account. Very upsetting and depressing experience, first targeted by the hacker then felt like Facebook attacking me too also.I won't ever trust them again.
