Ordered two sets of new chairs received one new and one open box. It was very obvious the second set of chairs had once been returned, the small package of bolts and washers were not in one bag like normal , the bag of extras was missing, and half the bolts already had the lock and flat washers on them. Also the wrapping had been put back on sloppily, one seat cushion had three places where the stitching was loose or broken and there were small scuffs on the frame. They sell open box items yes, but we did not order open box, we ordered new, the open box stuff is marked way down for a reason. It will cost too much to return the set so they will stay, in the mean time we are now shopping at AFW. Wayfairs response was sorry, but you can take 10% off one thing next order. No thanks, there won't be a next order.
