Our family of 7 has been loyal IHG rewards members for over 15 years. Tonight we booked 3 hotel rooms at Holiday Inn Express through the IHG reservation line. After the call, we were offered an opportunity to book a time share resort tour in Williamsburg through Holiday Inn's vacation club. We paid $279 on our credit card and were promised a four day stay at the Colonial Williamsburg property. We were told that the policy requires 7 day advance booking, but that they made an exception for checkin tomorrow, 4/18/23. After paying, we were told that we would be transferred to the property to select our room (and possibly to upgrade to a larger room because we had 8 people total in our party). I then sat on hold for 53 minutes before becoming frustrated, hanging up and calling back. After three attempts to resolve the issue (each time I was told that a suoervisor would call back in a few minutes), I was eventually told that the first person lied to.ke and there were no rooms available in Williamsburg. We gave up our other accommodations in Williamsburg in the meantime and finally were promised a refund of the $279. That was charged. I asked for a supervisor and noone responded or called. IHG has gone downhill over the past decade. All buyers beware of their bait and switch tactics. We have two IHG Priority Rewards accounts and will be canceling both and booking Airbnbs or other more reputable chains from here on. BUYER BEWARE - Holiday Inn Vacation Club!-Sven Olson *******733 (feel free to call or text. I'm happy to share the names, caller IDs and call logs of the past two hours. Their fraud and callous, brazen lackn of customer service is truly unbelievable.

Ordered a bundle, received an empty box with only a packing slip that was dumped at my front gate, no ringing of my intercom and apparently signed for by someone with a name that cannot even be pronounced. How can something be signed for and yet was left at my front gate ?Gopro say they will investigate Meanwhile I ordered this to be able to record an event this weekend.Between Gopro and UPS this is not good enough !

Xero has recently replaced their old customer invoicing function, which worked absolutely fine and did everything it needed to quickly and efficiently, with a new cumbersome, user-unfriendly system that takes much longer to use and even longer to load. This despite many of their long-term clients telling them not to proceed with the new system because it was flawed and faulty and the old system was much better. I hope Xero is ready to lose a large percentage of its long-term customer base because of this.

I did several returns and they don't give breakdown of what they deducted. I only knew I got shortchanged on refund when Paypal notified me. I chatted with Uniqlo thru Messenger and found they charge a $7 fee as well as return shipping. They do not mention the $7 fee. Agent said she'd request refund if they approve. I will dispute thru Paypal or CC co if they don't. That's ~$15 to do a return! NOT worth ordering online. Go to local store instead.

They are a load of rubbish I made a mistake when I first joined them and they never gave me the guidance I needed as a new customer then for no reason they blocked me but what is funny is I have made transactions with no worries so they are willing to take your money but at the same time they are prepared to condemn which makes it absolutely ridiculous

I ordered a pair of shoes from MyTheresa, to be delivered directly to my home With UPS. I was home all day, yet the package was never delivered—nor was there any attempt to deliver it.Instead, the package was rerouted to a package shop I’ve never used or selected, without giving me any option to choose the pickup location.When I arrived to collect the package, the box was visibly open, which I documented with photos taken on-site. When I got home and checked inside, the shoes were missing entirely. I immediately contacted both UPS and the retailer, providing a full explanation and supporting evidence.Despite this, UPS insists the package was delivered properly—yet cannot provide any proof of the condition it was in at delivery or how it ended up at a third-party location. Over several weeks, I’ve tried to escalate the issue, but the responses from UPS have been unhelpful and dismissive, showing no real concern or responsibility.What’s most frustrating is the total lack of accountability. UPS’s failure in handling the delivery properly has left me without the product I paid for, and no one seems willing to take ownership or offer a resolution.After this experience, I’ve lost trust in UPSIt’s frustrating to use this company . Well I got fed up with the service so canceled my subscription and when reminded them of back issues I had issued there was no record if these so I had paid that money for nothing.

Duolingo gaming is a joke as far as the credibility and the policing of it. I have sent in many examples of cheating on Duolingo and I never get anything except, IT’S OK, IT CHECKS It’s an absolute joke. I prefer honest and fair gaming, however Duolingo permits cheating, which is rampant. Somehow, computers, other devices are set up. People with just one or two months experience with Duolingo cleaning house and everybody else has been there for years. The worst part is is it’s all overlooked. I see review after view after review admitting cheating is rampant Duolingo. I would like to add my favor as well. It’s a shame. An average learning tool with complete Hypocrisy. I do it for learning only gaming gets addicting. When you play against cheaters, all your late nights are worthless so why bother?STAY AWAY FROM DUOLINGO GAMING!

Every browser disables the many website redirections there are, redirection to tanzu, while this should not be happening from 7 june 2024.We do not have licences anymore, no open contract, need new licencse for version 8, so now the upgrade proces is halted, Terrible, work for over 40 years in IT, this is the worst transition I have ever experienced

I can now see why the reviews are so low. I ordered one small item on November 15th 2023. Two days later the money was taken out of my account. I have herd nothing from BB&B. No shipping email as promised, you cant get into their site to check on tracking, you can't create an account or update your password. I will try calling tomorrow but I think I know how that will go. TOTAL SCAM.
