Used to be good but customer support is appaling these days. They charged me incorrectly and refused to refund for their mistake. To get the refund took at least 10 messages back and forth. Such a simple thing should be one email, not 10. Its incredible that so much time was wasted on both ends. There was nothing unclear of the charge - their mistake but I guess they fight it anyways.Their support must cost a fortune for them as they seem to either not answer your question at all or fight for everything. Or support gets more money for number of answer as it makes sense that they don't even read the messages.I've since deleted my account and gone with competitor.

Horrible support, no way you get your issue solved

Horrible support! In fact, there is no support. It logged me out suddenly and when I tried to login back, system says password is wrong. Alright, I want to recover it, but recovery link is also not working (it says, link is expired, but I click it the minute I receive in my inbox). Last, there is no way to contact support, you need to sign in first (which is no way for me, as my issue is with sign in). So, I need to enter my account, but how? Password Recovery does not work, support is also not working as I need to first sign in.

Started watching Romesh's Parents' Evening to find two of the panel were Carol Vordeman and Alison Hammond and couldn't believe both CV and AH were the two of the parents you could find. AH is just appearing everywhere and becoming greedy as certain ones before and CV has just become so many things that can no longer be respected. Big fan of Romesh but sorry Romesh and mum, will not be watching.

Very unhappy with the Dell XPS 8950

Very unhappy with the XPS 8950 purchase. I will never buy another Dell computer.Purchased the XPS 8950 on 17/03/2022 and the computer was supposed to arrive on 08/04/2022 but it ended up arriving on 22/04/2022 "due to high demand" according to Dell. When I tried to install the second 3.5" hard drive from my old computer, I found that there is no spare hard disk tray caddy inside the second hard disk bay. So I ordered the 3.5" hard disk bracket with SATA cable from Dell's website for NZ$14.15.This is the only 3.5" hard drive bracket from Dell's website and so I thought it must be the one I need and ordered it even though it doesn't have a photo. It turns out that it is a metal hard drive enclosure and doesn't work for my secondary hard drive. The SATA cable doesn't work as well because XPS 8950 needs a SATA cable with right angle connector in at least one end with an orientation opposite to the common ones I can buy from computer shops.So I call Dell and the Dell Support says they would help me to find the right parts and give me a quote. I got the quote a couple of days later and it was NZ$120.03 which is ridiculous for a plastic hard drive tray caddy and SATA cable. I refused to pay for that ridiculous price and modified my previous hard drive tray caddy to install the second hard disk and used a temporary SATA cable but I still cannot close the cover of the computer because the connector is not right angle.Lessons learnt:- Don't trust Dell's estimated delivery date. Don't buy from Dell if you need it urgently. When you call them, they would simply tell you that there is delay due to high demand and ask you if you want to cancel the order. I would have cancelled the order if I knew about the delay earlier but I missed other vendors' End-of-EY discount offers already by the time I knew about the delay.- Dell's computers (at least my XPS 8950) require proprietary parts that you cannot easily buy from normal computer shops - even something as simple as a SATA cable.- Dell's proprietary parts could be a lot more expensive than other vendors. A cheap plastic HD tray caddy and a SATA cable could cost $120 - I would expect something like $14 that I paid for the wrong parts from them.- Dell's common parts are not available on their website. Quite a few parts on their website have no photos at all and so don't assume it is the right parts unless you have double checked with Dell Support. Question: How hard is it for Dell to put photos on the online shopping website for all their products?Think twice before you buy anything from Dell.

20+ years with Telstra = Zero respect

First I was disrespected in a Telstra shop by a rude employee (they were also rude to other employees). I made a complaint and the complaints consultant was also very rude.This company regularly rewards new customers over loyal customers. They admit it and believe it is good practice!

Tech company with hopeless Tech capability

Trying to pay my mobile bill. Our credit card was compromised and had to be changed. We did this and have updated the payment method online. The payment for the last month is overdue but the online system does not accept the new payment. I chatted with the BOT and was then referred to a real person (sitting somewhere in the world with over 200 5-star reviews and nothing less (aaaaah company ethics????). Received a message that disconnection would happen on 17th and it has now triggered on 8th (first day back at work). Wasted a couple of hours trying to solve the problem. Need to get back to work.

They allow anyone to leave a Google review on your business profile without asking for evidence. Someone who seems to appear to have mistaken us for another company left a bad review about a product we do not sell.We reported it to Google that this person has never purchased anything from us and it’s a fake engagement review, Google replied back saying no violations have been made. So now we have a review from a random person who has never shopped with us.
