Review of copper

Amazing customer support

Amazing customer support and surprising flexibility. Seemless G-suite integration is addictive. The UI is generic but it does the job. One area for improvement is meaningful customization.

Helpful support

Have just set up an account. Very straightforward but as I’m permanently exhausted, I’m cycling around the world in my 60s, I hadn’t understood how to do everything. A quick email to support and Tina had it sorted. Took a few days to hear back initially but she explained everything clearly. Thanks

Review of coursera

Fantastic Website for Learning

Coursera is an amazing organization that provides hundreds of different courses on a variety of different topics that you can take online for free! There is also a paid option where you get an official certificate of completion.

The courses offered are through accredited universities from all over the world. It is so incredible that anyone can take these classes for free. If you haven't already checked it out and taken a class, I highly recommend that you sign up for one today!

Since I installed Aura Sync to control my PC's RGB, I can't get into Windows, and of course I just get ignored by custom support

Sometimes you need more information and you need to do yourself!

Check several items and could not find an accurate specification for measurements on this particular chair. I’m ordering one and will personally check get out. If it needs my criteria, I’ll be ordering an additional four.

Abigail B - The Magnificent!

Abigail B. was extremely helpful. She helped me get email working on my iPhone. She expertly answered my questions about the difference between POP and IMAP with regard to how my PC on POP would be affected by IMAP on my iPhone when deleting files. This is crucial information and she knew it. Give her a raise! She's worth it!

This was the third design

This was the third design that our organizations have received through 99designs and each time we received what we were needing. Also the company along with the artists were very easy to work with.

Review of wayfair

What went right is the question

*edit* Wayfair promptly refunded our money for the couch. We still would not order from this company if meant getting a delivery that had to be assembled in our home. If they drop it off at the front door and we assemble it ourselves, we absolutely would order, as this worked out fine for us. We will purchase from a reputable company for an order that must be assembled. They clearly do not use a delivery service that can be counted on getting the job done. *Original* What went right is the question. Nothing. We ordered and paid for a couch, got a delivery date scheduled and waited 4 hours for the delivery. The delivery driver called and said sorry, I am not coming, we will reschedule. I was unhappy with this, but my husband did reschedule and the soonest delivery they could offer was a week later. The date was set and we got a text message saying sorry, we will not be coming. Then they rescheduled our delivery date, no consult on it, for the following week. We received a message stating that we would receive a call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival, this would not be a problem, my husband was 5 minutes away working and could drive home. I called and gave specific instructions that the delivery driver call my husbands phone number and not mine. I received a phone call at work saying this is wayfair and we are here at your house. I had to call my husband, who drove home. (I had the app open and they were already 11 minutes away from my house by the time he made the 5 minute drive home). They then send a message saying it will be a delayed delivery, while simultaneously sending a message asking for a good review. As of now, I have zero trust in the company's ability to deliver and assemble something in the home.

Review of paypal

Paypal Steals Funds from Paying Customers

Paypal has continued to hold funds given to us by customers. We still fulfill these customer orders and send tracking numbers to paypal as proof of legitimacy. Their team has promised us reviews to higher departments but then completely stop responding. This creates a financial strain on us as we feel obligated to our customers to send their orders even though we never received the money. Beware using paypal, they may be holding your money from the companies you're purchasing from creating major financial strain on small businesses.

Review of mailchimp

Mailchimp’s Expiration Policy is Killing Our Business

We’ve been a loyal Mailchimp customer for years, relying on their platform to keep our business running. Last year, we purchased 17 million+ Pay-As-You-Go credits after discussing our needs with their sales rep, Craig Marks. Given our historical usage, we trusted this was a smart investment. Now, those credits—worth a huge amount of money—have expired. Yes, we got reminders, but we never imagined Mailchimp would let a longtime customer burn through that much money with no flexibility. We’re not a casual user—our business depends on email marketing. No emails mean no revenue, and every week we can’t send increases our risk of going under. We asked for a one-year extension—a simple, reasonable request that would keep us as paying customers. Mailchimp refused. They’d rather see a small business collapse than show any flexibility. If you’re a business that depends on email marketing, think twice before trusting Mailchimp. They may be fine when things go smoothly, but when you really need them? They don’t care.
