I want to express my disappointment with a recent experience regarding a product review incentive.I was invited to leave a review in exchange for a gift card—there were no visible terms and conditions, no mention of restrictions, and no indication that eligibility was limited to the first set of reviewers. After completing the review, I was told to wait for the gift card. Four weeks later, I received an email stating I was not eligible because I was not among the first reviewers. At no point was this requirement communicated—neither in the email, during the review process, nor on the review page.Following this, I attempted to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the system was unable to open a support ticket due to an unspecified error with my email address. I also tried using the chatbot, which ultimately redirected me to a generic self-help page without offering any real assistance.This experience has been extremely frustrating. It feels as though the review process was promoted under misleading terms, only to later impose retroactive eligibility criteria and block any meaningful form of customer support or dialogue.I would appreciate it if someone could properly look into this and address the concerns raised. At a minimum, clearer communication upfront would have prevented this situation.

I had QB desktop version and was forced to move to Cloud version. Desktop was intuitive, easy use and had helpful screen layout. Cloud version is exactly the opposite. It is poorly laid out. Key tasks are hidden within endless sub-menus. Screens are unhelpful, difficult to track transactions through the system. Month end tasks are hard work as very little is logically grouped. Painful. I will drop QB as soon as the current year end work is completed.

If I could leave less than a 1-star review I would. I have had a free account with Hootsuite for 10+ years and decided to upgrade (because my dashboard said I would lose access if I didn't) to the $9 a month plan, which shoukd have totaled $108 but turned into $1188. My bank alerted me to this charge and I realized that a misrepresentation had occurred. Because I did this transaction through PayPal both my credit card AND checking account were affected and my bank account was overdrawn. I have contacted support, submitted a ticket, left a voicemail on an inbox that goes to no where apparently, etc. Again, I was sent a promotion to join the professional membership for $107.99 for the year and was charged $1188.00 - thats a big mistake and NO ONE has responded to me! UPDATE: I would love to reply but I do not know where to reply. I do not want to post my email in this public forum. Where can I be in contact with Hootsuite??

The checkout process was clunky, and the site kept not allowing me to pay directly with a credit card. Eventually, I had to use PayPal, which I no longer use, which meant reactivating an old account. Support was, at best, mediocre and did not address the issue of direct payment via credit card. Instead, they focused on my success with the PayPal transaction. Clearly, the support person did not read my email at all.

I just wanted to bring this to someone’s’ attention. Letter sent to CEO Target regarding Target NYC 10th Ave. Today 5/16/24 about noon, I walked toward an employee to as if he had the key to open the cabinet with the detergent. He was facing & walking in my direction. I waved & he swerved toward his right, went down another aisle & I said, ‘Will you help me find someone with a key?’ And he walked faster away from me. As I followed him, he went in the ‘employees’ only‘ doors that had been open & closed them in my face. So I snapped a photo of him through the glass & that will go directly with my complaint. I work in customer service! This was not a good way to treat anyone let alone a customer!Fortunately, a young lady with long braids, helped me & I told her what happened, SHE apologized!

This application is the most ret4rd ed ever, no user friendly. You can't access few fonctionnalities but some people can. like the wrapped 2020 to see what you listened over the year. i cant see it on my phone neither on the website or the app on the computer. the developpers of this team are so stupid they are not able to make it work for everybody. there is 3 more problems that i told them. it doesnt make sense that you pay for that crap. there is also bugs all over the app. you only pay to get your song all at one place. but the platform is by far the worst ever. a college studient could make it better

This is actually the worst website. I keep trying to cancel, and they just force them me to keep buying. I have to contact them to cancel my subscription, but everytime I do somehow miraculously they renew it. I have no way to cancel and this lousy newspaper who's articles are definitely not worth 85 euros.

It’s quite scandalous that there’s absolutely no way to set up a direct debit in their app or website without manually printing out paper forms and mailing them. I’ve had no such issues with any other company. This seems deliberately designed to create a barrier against setting up automatic payments, leading them to cash in on late fees and interests. Predatory business practices like these should not be accepted.
