Fedex could do better by telling the truth. 100% of time the delivery fails and they say no one was home. I work at home. Every single other delivery company delivers 100% of the time. I have NEVER EVER seen a FedEx TNT truck anywhere in our area. Every other agent, not them. They lie. Sorry but that is the truth. FedEx, I am Fed up with you not telling the truth and making me work hard to track down my delivery, so tired of it!!

The worst kind of generative AI tool on the planet. Too many errors. It won't follow any simple instructions and will do whatever it hallucinates. Sucks 360. I tried creating an image of a phone running an agent. 50 times, no success. I hate these half-hearted, Microsoft propagandistic ventures.

This company is unbelievably bad. I have gotten two caregivers who were great from there but they both hated care.com as well. They charge both the employer and the employee. They don't block scammers, and they charged me $ and then blocked me immediately after without any reason given and without any way to contact them. They refunded my money a week later after I disputed the charge with my credit card but didn't explain what happened. It's too bad, they used to be good but now they are absolutely useless. (UPDATE 5/21/24: Their reply was that they couldn't share information with me for my own protection. I wish I was kidding. They don't reply except superficially, def an AI generic answer. Do yourself a favor and don't use them!)

Very cheap cloud storage for backups.I store my encrypted backups on Backblaze B2. I spend about $5/year for about 100G. It's so incredibly cheap.Minus one star for payment issues. My biggest fear is that I'll have all of my data deleted if my credit card autopay fails due to expiration or if it gets blocked for some reason and I don't notice it.Backblaze really needs to allow their customers to prepay and maintain a balance. I'd happily prepay for a year of service if I could top-up my account knowing that my data won't get deleted due to a missed payment.But that's not an option. They delete all your data if you miss a payment and don't notice it for 21 days.So I store my backups on two different cloud providers. Backblaze is one of the two.

Because after your purchase no one here is for listening and answering.

Xero is amazing. Easy to use, the support is great, the webinars and training seminars are informative. If you are looking for a software package that is intuitive and easy to use, then Xero is the package for you. There are others out there cheaper, but you get what you pay for. All software has frustrations, but this one, Xero has the least frustrations. I'm a BAS agent and I find it fantastic to use. I used to swear by a different one until this one came across my desk, now I am moving many of my clients over to it.Enjoy your work, we are doing it that often you may as well enjoy the software you use.
