I bought an item from eBay.co.uk. I received a card from post office which they asked about£150 custom charge before getting the item. I went through the post office website and I asked them to return the item back to the sender.I take photos from all steps which I filled in post office form and I sent it to the eBay to get the refund. The eBay closed my case and did not accept the refund. I paid about $1000 for the item and even I appealed the again did not accept my appeal while I sent the item Barcode and ref plus all stages when I asked the post office to return the item back to the sender. I contacted few times and today they said they case has been closed and they can not do anything for me. It means I paid $1000 for the item which it seems post office has stolen it and the seller did not get it and I did not get the item and I lost my money too. The eBay did not do anything and they asked me to go to Citizen advice or other option outside of eBay while I bought the item on eBay and it was their responsibility to protect me as a buyer. This website is a big scam and buying item from it is a big mistake.

SURE ENOUGH at night i checked it and yesss the products on sale in a red color were add $$$$ **** $ 1dollar at 1 product, **** another product on sale instead $2.25 they charged me $9*** another that were %50 of the 2nd they charge me normal And so on....$$$$$ 12.84 MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE4 " MISTAKES " IN 1 ONLY RECEIPT IS A LITTLE TOO MUCH I'LL KEEP MY RECEIPTS IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN SEEING IT LOLSO I went back to the store DELRAY BEACH 1636 S FEDERAL FLAND I REALLY COULDN'T BELIEVE, i was frustrated of course with reasons. So i explained to the manager (without knowing she was the manager), so she asked me to wait in the line to make an adjustment. OkThen she CODIE came back and call me to the cashier, She asked what u want to return, i said nothing, i just wanted to be charged the CORRECT PRICE THEN SHE SAID THERE WAS A PRODUCT THAT WASN'T EVEN ON THE RECEIPT, the one that supposed to be $2.25 and they were charging me $9...just to get me confused if in case i checked my receipt HOW COME ??? I BOUGHT ALL OF THAT HERE 2 DAYS AGO IN THIS STORE, WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE HERE SHE SAID : BE NICE BC I AM TRYING TO HELP U OUT REALLY RUDE ????SHE REALLY HAD A KIND OF ATTITUDE LIKE IF I WAS ASKING HER FAVOR ????I NEVER WILL BE BACK IN THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER ULTRA STORE

Trying to list a compound bow sight on marketplace but keep getting message it goes against their rules on selling weapons , strange when a sight is classed as a weapon but bows and arrows are not , every appeal I have lodged gets ignored and threatened with being banned from marketplace if I continue to try and list it . I've typed in bows and arrows on marketplace and their are loads of them being sold but for some reason it's just MY sight that is deadly dangerous and not the bows and arrows that they have allowed to be listed .
