I want to express my disappointment with a recent experience regarding a product review incentive.I was invited to leave a review in exchange for a gift card—there were no visible terms and conditions, no mention of restrictions, and no indication that eligibility was limited to the first set of reviewers. After completing the review, I was told to wait for the gift card. Four weeks later, I received an email stating I was not eligible because I was not among the first reviewers. At no point was this requirement communicated—neither in the email, during the review process, nor on the review page.Following this, I attempted to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the system was unable to open a support ticket due to an unspecified error with my email address. I also tried using the chatbot, which ultimately redirected me to a generic self-help page without offering any real assistance.This experience has been extremely frustrating. It feels as though the review process was promoted under misleading terms, only to later impose retroactive eligibility criteria and block any meaningful form of customer support or dialogue.I would appreciate it if someone could properly look into this and address the concerns raised. At a minimum, clearer communication upfront would have prevented this situation.
