So poor. One person knew they hadn't resolved it but wanted me to say he had. Another call, total silence. Third call she put me on hold and didn't come back ( I waited 30 minutes). Fourth call and Microsoft said that I had used my call allowance for the day and had to call back the following day.

I have owned Fallout 4 GOTY on Steam for years. I wasn't a big fan when I played it years ago and didn't finish it. After the new Amazon show I re-installed the game and using Nexus Mods new mod "Collections" I heavily modded it with a Collection of 317 mods. Now game updates tend to break mods. So when FO4 was updated after the Amazon shows release and broke a lot of the mods, I spent an hour online trying to find a way to roll back the update on Steam. No luck. 30 hours of game play gone. Then I remembered that GOG gives it's users the ability to roll back updates on their games. Now I didn't want to spend money due to me being unemployed currently, but with those mods I was thoroughly enjoying FO4. So I bought FO4 on GOG, moved some files around, rolled the game back to a previous version, and loaded it up with all my saves and mods intact. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you all for everything that you do!

Purchased a subscription purely to watch Hill Street Blues ad free.More4 then claims that they “have to show ads for contractual reasons”… but this is a 44 year old show and all the ads are for More4, so frankly I’m skeptical that any such contract exists.Worse, there are two versions of Hill Street Blues: the censored version (never shown on Channel 4), and the uncensored version. More4 is inexplicably screening the censored version… like I’ll otherwise be driven to violence or something.No, but what I am driven to violence by, are the incessant hangs and freezes. Not my internet connection, the technical issue rests entirely with More4.Don’t waste your money.

Customer support team pointless. Had issues with screen sharing suddenly not working. I did nothing my sided!!! "Support" person K sent email with questions, I answer questions, try everything they suggest. Another email and so on. Issue briefly resolved then happens again. Same person, same emails from the start. For a paid service, this is disgusting! No chat, no call, no live support. They don't care. Issue ongoing for over a month...I'm going back to Teams.

Terrible company, terrible support. They take your money and don't give it back. Charged me for 2 months but didn't let me use the product for 2 months. Wrote to customer support, rude unhelpful response. Wrote to CEO, no response.Use another service, there are so many. I've tried the first 4 myself and they are friendly and helpful -- Iconfinder, The Noun Project, GraphicBurger, Pixeden, Icons8, IcoMoon, iconmonstr, Premium Pixels, Material Icons (by Google!)

Yesterday I have bought an Xbox One S pack for 254€ in Amazon.es paid using my amazon balance, after that I bought a 50€ gift card to earn the 5€ from the promotion they have to end of the year.5 minutes later I receive an e-mail saying that they have detected suspicious movements in my account and blocked the password / cancel all the last purchases.After resolve the password issue I have enter in my account to see what happens to my order, the Xbox One S Order was cancelled but the 254€ wasn't refund to my amazon balance.I have sent an e-mail to their support and wait but they don't give me an answer, so today I have use the chat to contact them, they check what happened and said that they can't do anything, I need to wait.The promotion of the Xbox One S runs out tomorroy, my order was cancelled and my money was STOLEN by this THIEF'S for an undetermined time.This website is a completely shame!Last time that I bought something there.Don't recommend, run away of this website!Complaint number: A122SM1VWLANUBP.S: Also in the website the price of the Xbox One S pack was 249,99€ with free standard postage, in the final of the shopping cart the price was 254€ with the same free postage!

I'm (or was) a member for more than 10 years. Yesterday I found out I was blocked from a certain group without any notification. If I didn't search for something I wouldn't even know. When I asked the person in charge of the group he explained to me that I was blocked because I used a weblink multiple times. That isn't true at all. I accidentally did that once. Today I send a DM to Facebook to ask for more information about it and now my account has been suspended just a few minutes ago. Wauw! What a wrong way of using your power Facebook. Now I dont even want to use your crappy app anymore. I deleted Facebook and Messenger and I really hope that it's going to bite you in the ass! This is not the way to handle your customers!!!
