I'm (or was) a member for more than 10 years. Yesterday I found out I was blocked from a certain group without any notification. If I didn't search for something I wouldn't even know. When I asked the person in charge of the group he explained to me that I was blocked because I used a weblink multiple times. That isn't true at all. I accidentally did that once. Today I send a DM to Facebook to ask for more information about it and now my account has been suspended just a few minutes ago. Wauw! What a wrong way of using your power Facebook. Now I dont even want to use your crappy app anymore. I deleted Facebook and Messenger and I really hope that it's going to bite you in the ass! This is not the way to handle your customers!!!
