Yesterday I have bought an Xbox One S pack for 254€ in Amazon.es paid using my amazon balance, after that I bought a 50€ gift card to earn the 5€ from the promotion they have to end of the year.5 minutes later I receive an e-mail saying that they have detected suspicious movements in my account and blocked the password / cancel all the last purchases.After resolve the password issue I have enter in my account to see what happens to my order, the Xbox One S Order was cancelled but the 254€ wasn't refund to my amazon balance.I have sent an e-mail to their support and wait but they don't give me an answer, so today I have use the chat to contact them, they check what happened and said that they can't do anything, I need to wait.The promotion of the Xbox One S runs out tomorroy, my order was cancelled and my money was STOLEN by this THIEF'S for an undetermined time.This website is a completely shame!Last time that I bought something there.Don't recommend, run away of this website!Complaint number: A122SM1VWLANUBP.S: Also in the website the price of the Xbox One S pack was 249,99€ with free standard postage, in the final of the shopping cart the price was 254€ with the same free postage!
