I have owned Fallout 4 GOTY on Steam for years. I wasn't a big fan when I played it years ago and didn't finish it. After the new Amazon show I re-installed the game and using Nexus Mods new mod "Collections" I heavily modded it with a Collection of 317 mods. Now game updates tend to break mods. So when FO4 was updated after the Amazon shows release and broke a lot of the mods, I spent an hour online trying to find a way to roll back the update on Steam. No luck. 30 hours of game play gone. Then I remembered that GOG gives it's users the ability to roll back updates on their games. Now I didn't want to spend money due to me being unemployed currently, but with those mods I was thoroughly enjoying FO4. So I bought FO4 on GOG, moved some files around, rolled the game back to a previous version, and loaded it up with all my saves and mods intact. I couldn't have been happier.
