Review of fb

Nonsense loss of credential

Facebook is such wrongly-made that wants either a notification to my broken phone or a code from the authenticator app from my broken phone to login in my new phone. Really? So what's about when a person broke his phone?! He cannot ever login again in his account? How is this way even conceivable???I have my phone number setup why can't I use that? It's even my login username!!! What's the f*** is going on

Annoying popups - McAfee are problem

As with many others, I am fed up with McAfee and am looking to remove it due to them being my biggest disruption. Repeated popups trying to get me to buy more of their products. All they do is make me hate McAfee. Especially when customer service says they can't be turned off and are there to help me. I just want to scream. They feel like a scam merchant.

Review of lego

Disgusting service and now a banned customer

Unfortunately I’ve been left no choice to write this negative review. My son had Lego titanic which we purchased from Lego directly for £589.99. Just after Xmas my husband treated me to the home alone house £259.99. Me and my son have both been building our sets together doing a bit each night. My son initially had a missing piece in his but at time he was still able to carry on the build as he took the piece from a bag to be used later in the build. Unfortunately also came across a missing piece in mine but couldn’t continue to the build. I went online and went through missing bricks etc and kept getting emails back saying couldn’t fulfil order. I contacted customer service next day whom seemed helpful and couldn’t understand why but were putting order through. I then get another email declining the order. I then called back to explain and they said must be system error we will manually sort this for you. Again same thing happened, called for a third time to say they will investigate but again said they will pit It through theirselves. I then had email the next morning saying they were unable to deliver to my address due to a fraudulent claim. I then contacted customer service again to ask them to look into this alleged claim and that I was getting a bit frustrated with this process over 2 missing pieces of Lego in very exspensive sets.. again another email just stating due to false claim they couldn’t send out the missing pieces but I could purchase them this was going to be over £20 For 2 small pieces of Lego + postage.. because they were coming from different places. I emailed an official complaint to which I had an email back from a manager to say that they couldn’t send out pieces when they decide not to do business with a customer again and yet again over this false claim that I’m still trying to get to bottom of. I offered to provide receipts of purchase which they have not been interested in. I went to my nearest LEGO store to see if they had the any of pieces, they hadn’t but also seems like a reoccurring error with the titanic having the same missing piece. I have since sent another email to LEGO wanting evidence of alleged claim and also think that they are just trying to get away with sending out lego that have been mis packed … I am yet to received my response from LEGO still with this evidence… my husband also tried to purchase the piece for titanic due to my son being a bit upset and they still refused to send this piece out so one email tells me to purchase but they won’t anyway. But what I don’t understand I ordered the titanic online and it was delivered as it should of been so there have been no issues/ complaints and now after Xmas i can now not purchase from them over a claim I have no knowledge of. We have lots of Lego sets which are usually purchased in store or brought as gifts and are signed up to their rewards and have been for a long time. I now have £850 worth of unfinished Lego we can not do without the missing pieces and Lego are refusing to sell or give us for free the missing pieces. I am looking at taking this further with an ombudsman for this absolute absurdness. I genuinely believe I’ve been mixed up with another customer or they are just making this story up to refuse to send pieces out. I have also told them if it doesn’t get sorted regardless of 14 days I will have no choice but to return both sets as they can not be completed

Review of flipkart

Don't trust flipkart

Purchased one asus Vivobook laptop but received damaged and dented product. Requested replacement but hasn't approved yet. Wasted my hard earned money. Customer care is pathetic. Don't buy anything from them. Amazon is far better. I would better switch to Amazon rather than buying anything from Flipkart. Cheated me.

Great Experience

I have not used the font yet, but the process of acquiring it was good. I had a question for the artist who created the font and she was readily available and kind in answering my question. Thank you! 🥰

Review of tripadvisor

Tripadvisor are the biggest crooks in…

Tripadvisor are the biggest crooks in the travel industry ! Yes, CROOKS ! There is no way to contact a human at this company by any means - email, phone or a via online contact form. They don't list contact details anywhere on the site nor they care and these crooks should be investigated by Serious Fraud Office. I've been trying to contact them for 4 years (!!!! )as I used to have my apartment listed on their site which I no longer want. I can't login into owner admin to close my account and these crooks keep the listing on the website and take payments from unsuspecting guests booking the apartment that I no longer rent. Crooks !!! Stay away from them in any shape or form.

Review of parallels

Good software but with memories issues

In general, I haven't had a good experience with Parallels. The big issue for me is related to memory. Every time I use the software, it doesn't matter how much memory is available on my Mac (8, 9, 10, 11GB) and, even without downloading anything, a message about almost full storage space appears. At such times I need to restart the computer. For example, yesterday, with 8GB storage available, I needed to used Notepad to paste something and that message appeared on the screen. So, I have avoided using the software, which is a shame, because, when I started using it, everything was working perfectly.

Review of lyft

For the people that have to use Lyft a lot.

I typically don't give reviews but being you can't leave a review for Lyft it's self and all the issues I've been having is why I'm doing this. Lyft is great when you don't have a ride but using them the amount that I have these past 4 months you start to see a different side. The rates are crazy because the little bit that goes to the people driving is ashame. If they receive more of what you pay I would feel different. I started paying for Lyft Pink cause I was using Lyft 5-6 days a week 2- 3 times a day. My rides are usually $12 to $22 each time I get a ride, with a savings of .40$ on $12 ride and about .90$ on a $22 ride. Paying $12 a month for the service would save about $20 a month , it may be worth it if your taking $30-$40 rides several times a month. One of the other things that was happening would be the drivers they picked for the ride. I would order a ride and they would send a driver 20+mins away when there are available drivers just a couple mins away. I know this cause I know losts of Lyft drivers, and there has been a bunch of times I order a ride and get a long wait. Right after knowing how long I would text a Lyft driver I know to find out they are 1 maybe 2 miles from my pick up just sitting there waiting for a ride to come through. There has been few other things that happened with the app bit those are some that bothered me the most.

Review of vrbo

Left us stranded in Jamaica

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have left us stranded in Jamaica. We are on our honeymoon. Had a villa booked. We arrived to be told it shouldn’t have been advertised as they are booked out for months ahead. Used the chat to contact vrbo. The worst experience ever! They told me they can’t let us book somewhere else as they don’t allow same day check in. They promised we were entitled to a refund that would take 5-7 days. They also promised to find us a hotel for 2 nights. They asked for my number which I gave. They said they couldn’t connect. We then gave them the n bar owners number and they claimed they couldn’t connect to that either. No missed calls on either number so they lied. They then gave me a number to call which I did. It was automated and asked for the last 4 digits of my card which I entered. It then said it didn’t recognize it and would let me proceed with the call. I went back to the chat and was told they would email me. As I’m writing this, they still have not emailed me. We spent last night at the bar owners house out of the kindness of his heart. If he hadn’t done that we would have been stranded. I tried to go back to the chat but have been told ‘we will be in touch soon’ This company is disgraceful. To leave people stranded in a country that’s not safe after dark is unacceptable. We have had to contact our insurance company to fly us home. We don’t have big money to spend on another property. Vrbo does not care. They list properties that are unavailable and take your money. As I write this they have not contacted me once or cancelled the booking to start our refund and the property is STILL showing as available! Please listen to the reviews people and don’t use this sham of a company. You’ve been warned!
