Terrible terrible service. Like many others, I failed to receive my shoe after a month! 2 days ago I contacted customer service who assured me if would arrive within 4-7 days but this afternoon, they cancelled my order without my permission. Horrible company, would not recommend at all.

Nigel S (Intuit QuickBooks Customer Success Expert) proved very helpful and he was able to determine what the solution was to my problem within approximately 15-20 minutes. He also suggested entering this into a Feedback form and guided me through the entire process from how to attach things, to almost the exact wording on everything I had to do (including non-QuickBooks, e.g. Microsoft Edge settings).This made it very easy and clear to fix my issue, while simultaneously feeling heard and taken seriously. Very grateful for his assistance, wish I could have a direct line straight to him for future.

I actually shopped a mattress first time from this pathetic online site cald flipkart for rupess 8500 and by my mistake size was mismatched with our bed i requested manytimes to them that this is my mistake now please give me other matress of the right size but they didnt exchange that. I mean i was just saying that i want the other matress of right size i was not asking for money back but still they didnt help. So all the readers this is my advice as a well wisher that dnt shop from this flipkart. This is really worst online site. Thanku

Recently opened an brand new copy of Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe edition tat I purchased years ago. Nowhere is it advertised that in order to get the additional content, I need to use a coupon code found inside that expires. Play station refuses to help on the issue and will hang up on you if you request a supervisor or manager. They provide case numbers so fast and then hang up so it is impossible to refer back.In essence, I am being denied content I paid for as advertised which should therefore make entitled to a refund since they refuse to issue me the content I paid for.

The WORST customer service ever encountered. S24 ultra, brand new... just week's after purchase went signaless. Taken into "service by warranty" and found out their "repair shops" are third party. Taken into repair more than 4 times and failure remains. never, NEVER AGAIN.

No bad comments, just the need for a better service for our community. The next day I was banned and my appeal was not successful. Ridiculous when I look at some of the foul language and comments on there. I am 78 years old and totally respectful to other people, never using bad comments or bad language.Ridiculous and frustrating, who is doing these reviews, they need a lesson in morality and good behaviour.
