I joined facebook to keep up with changes to my local bus service. Had been on there for two days and made one simple comment about the local service not being very good. No bad comments, just the need for a better service for our community. The next day I was banned and my appeal was not successful. Ridiculous when I look at some of the foul language and comments on there. I am 78 years old and totally respectful to other people, never using bad comments or bad language.Ridiculous and frustrating, who is doing these reviews, they need a lesson in morality and good behaviour.
