we ordered from a local restaurant who used seamless for delivery the order was at 5 30pm . at 6 40 pm a neighbor told us squirrels were eating a bag on our steps. it was our food order. I looked on line to find the order was delivered at 610 pm..no text or call even though the order had instructions to ring the bell.the entire order was throughout the bag.seamless never instructs the drivers on proper protolcol for home deliveries. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Sent 2 support tickets to Oculus over the course of a month. This is in regards to a software problem with the Oculus Quest 2, that INSIDE THE HEADSET actually said I need to contact Oculus support. Facebook, where does the money go? You should have an army of support staff given the type of financial backing you have. I have the impression you have a 2 man support staff on some third world country island that you are paying with seashells. Get it together!

$205 per month for a service that is subpar. My card declined because i got a new one and I went it to update the payment within less than 1 hour of it declining and it has now been 3 days and i have swapped to 3 different payment methods and emailed support and no one will help me process the payment to get my account reactivated and the "retry payment" button does not work on the site. TO PAY THIS MUCH MONEY AND HAVE NO ONE HELP YOU PROCESS A PAYMENT IS ABSURD. i have now lost out of many things in the last 72 hours of this service not being active. leaving and moving to a different platform.

God-awful service. Quite possible THE WORST customer service I've had to deal with in as long as I can remember. Everything from the response times to the handling of issues, all the way to the pathetic "resolution". Which occurred when they simply deleted my account and sent me £10, from a service I hadn't even used and had just forked £40 for. Honestly, just do yourself a favour and find an alternative.

Zara Customer service is useless . Please be aware that if you order online and if you have an issue, no one will help. Zara is trying to put you off from trying to contact customer service. I have spent two weeks speaking with multiple agents and they keep ending the conversation without any explanation or resolution.

I'm a head of a family with two kids which recently come from Cuba. I made a search online to deposit the money I brought from Cuba. I choose to create a deposit bank account with CapitalOne, that was the worst mistake I've ever made. I came legally to this country and I sold all the items and properties I owned in Cuba. A few weeks a go my cousin went to Cuba and bring me 1450 USD of items were sold after I left, as a policy his bank doesn't make transfers through Zelle for no more than 500 USD to new accounts and he made me 3 transfers, one per day. In the second transfer my account was frizzed. I called to capital one and asked me a few questions that I answered gladly because I know they need to protect their clients an they unfreeze my account, then my cousin made me the last transfer of 450USD and they freeze me again my debit account. I called back again to capital one and they asked me the sames questions also they asked me about my cousin's phone and I gave it to them, they called him to check the source of the money and my cousin explained to them in detail the source of that money. Never the less my accounts, with no more than a month an a have since opened they told me were going to be closed and a check with my money was going to be send it to me, also that my accounts were going to be under investigation. Today I called to capital one because that happened since 10 days ago and I haven't received the check. I have bills to pay and I'm still waiting. They told me my account was still under investigation, that is outrageous. I FEEL TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. This is my experience with that "bank", I'm waiting to finish an "Investigation" to a money well earned.

Channels are ok but like all tech companies like cox and at&t they raise prices whenever they feel comfortable.I switch from cox because they wanted60.00 a month more so I canceled them . then they called me and offered me a 80.00 dollar month off but I had already returned all peripherals. if the agent would have knocked of 20 a month would have stayed. too late . by the way that was within one month . all I asked is they keep it the same for existingcustomers. that is all I would like YouTube tv to do is take care of existing companies but like all corporate executives they only take care of a new sign on customer only to screw them over time
