Nigel S (Intuit QuickBooks Customer Success Expert) proved very helpful and he was able to determine what the solution was to my problem within approximately 15-20 minutes. He also suggested entering this into a Feedback form and guided me through the entire process from how to attach things, to almost the exact wording on everything I had to do (including non-QuickBooks, e.g. Microsoft Edge settings).This made it very easy and clear to fix my issue, while simultaneously feeling heard and taken seriously. Very grateful for his assistance, wish I could have a direct line straight to him for future.
