Poor service, they could do much better

It's a shame as i do really like the clothes. Some of my order did not fit, sizes are strange so naturally bought a few to see what would fit. Worse returns policy and service ever. Extortionate charge of £9 for returns, almost unheard of. Poor customer service. For a big company it's really disappointing . Big let down and won't be buying again and can't recommend. Unless you know your size for sure simply best to avoid.
