Used ASOS for over 10 years, and have always purchased their premier delivery. Recently the quality of their clothes are awful, their discount codes only work on about 2% of the items, they’re now charging £4.50 delivery, and to top it off they’re now charging me £3.95 if I return an item! Will NEVER be purchasing with ASOS again. Go to the brands direct if you’re thinking of purchasing anything.

I have only been happy to buy on Amazon. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of times where the package has disappeared, but customer service does what they can to correct the error and regret the situation. (have always received a new package of express delivery)

Used to be great—now a disaster.Printful’s customer service is completely falling apart. Response times are unacceptably slow, damaged and delayed orders go unresolved, and the “live chat” is just a fake icon with no real support. I’ve been a long-time user with hundreds of synced products—switching isn’t simple. But Printful is making it impossible to run a reliable business. Fix your service or stop advertising what you don’t deliver.

Locked me out of my account, told to fill in a form to prove my identity, even using the card my Xbox live comes out of and somehow this isn't enough to recover my account.Phone number goes to an automated system which tells me to fill in the form, I fill in the form again and get rejected again.There's no way of emailing anyone within Microsoft nor are there any useful customer support phone numbers.Shocking display of customer service.

I was surprised at how easy it was to register my DNA test and the fact that I was able to get immediate answers for my questions. I was also very surprised at the results. I had always been told that my ancestors were German and that on my Mother's side, they married American Indians after arriving in America. I was very surprised that not any percentage of my DNA was native American. What an interesting discovery to share with my siblings! Thank you for settling the matter. Now we can research our Belgium and Scotish roots and learn more about our ancestors that were Jewish.

Amazon put my account on hold for no fault of mine. I recently noticed that they are also storing credit card CVVs as I got OTPs from bank without my initiation. I have trying to reason with them to verify my details and reactivate my account but they have not don. I paid Prime Membership of Rs1499 and been blocked from ordering for last two months with out my fault.

Supposedly a great product based on reviews. I have nothing in my experience to prove it technical aspects are bad. This is from a general user perspective:1. Dashboard is somewhere between poor and awful. 2. Updates with Windows 11 IS awful. Same issue OVER AND OVER again for what must be year. You get a notification from Windows that BitDefender Virus & Threat protection needs action. Open BitDefender and have a difficult time figuring out what is wrong since the "Dashboard" doesn't flag anything. It's usually the same issue that you find eventually under "Notifications". A great "Dashboard" would have flagged that right off the bat.

Don't buy Nintendo switch 2.I was going to buy a Nintendo switch 2 until I heard in the TOS that they will ban your console for what ever reason they see fit. I'll not be buying a Nintendo switch 2 now. Glad I saved my money in the future.
