Amazon put my account on hold for no fault of mine. I recently noticed that they are also storing credit card CVVs as I got OTPs from bank without my initiation. I have trying to reason with them to verify my details and reactivate my account but they have not don. I paid Prime Membership of Rs1499 and been blocked from ordering for last two months with out my fault.
