Locked me out of my account

Locked me out of my account, told to fill in a form to prove my identity, even using the card my Xbox live comes out of and somehow this isn't enough to recover my account.Phone number goes to an automated system which tells me to fill in the form, I fill in the form again and get rejected again.There's no way of emailing anyone within Microsoft nor are there any useful customer support phone numbers.Shocking display of customer service.
