Used to be great—now a disaster.Printful’s customer service is completely falling apart. Response times are unacceptably slow, damaged and delayed orders go unresolved, and the “live chat” is just a fake icon with no real support. I’ve been a long-time user with hundreds of synced products—switching isn’t simple. But Printful is making it impossible to run a reliable business. Fix your service or stop advertising what you don’t deliver.
