Shocking customer support

Shocking customer support, if you have a technical issue you will wait 2 weeks and receive a generic response in reply. You cannot phone them with an issue - you can only use email/tickets.I was unable to link my ecommerce store to getreponse even after around 2 months of emails, setting up cronjobs, contacting customer support, reading their pathetic, incomplete and dated documentation. With mail chimp this took me 5 minutes to integrate.Not to mention the fact that most emails I created where lost before i could send them, forcing me to spend another 2hrs refining the 'perfect' email. This happened for a large emails i created. I ended up having to create a new tab, log in again to GR, and copy and paste the email contents in case it was lost.Can't provide simple integrations such as product recommendations, abandoned cart etc. to the same level as mail chimp, or other competitors.Happily took my money, £70 a month for 5 months, even when I was unable to use the service; never captured a single email address, sent a single email etc. and of course no offer of a refund.To summarise:- 0 Technical support.- Greedy.- Useless as a whole.Will be using mail chimp on a pay as you go bases, rather than wasting my money with GR. I would advise the same to readers, or klavio.*Edit: Emailed as requested below and no response.

The whole Black Friday thru cyber…

The whole Black Friday thru cyber Monday they had amazing deals which I added to my cart but their payment processing system did not work!!I have tried on multiple devices and occasions.I feel like it is deliberate.I called customer care and they said their website is down and they will call back when it’s back up.They still have not called.Update:I called customer service again and they offered me the original discount of 40% plus $15 off as San offer..All worked out in the end..

After 7 incredible years together, I never thought I’d say this, but Canva... we’re done. I built my entire business on you. I trusted you. You were always there for me, making design easy, fun and reliable. But now? I barely recognize you.What happened to the Canva I fell in love with? The one that worked seamlessly, with an intuitive interface and everything right where it needed to be? After the new Glow up update, all I get is frustration - constant glitches, endless loading screens and a cluttered mess that’s just more confusing. It’s like you’ve stopped caring about the people who built their creative lives around you.I didn’t just use Canva - I depended on it. You were a core part of my business, and now I feel like I’ve been left hanging. The bond we had, the trust I placed in you, it’s all gone. You’ve changed, and not for the better. I’m heartbroken, but it’s time to move on. You’re just not the Canva I fell in love with anymore.

Wondering why CNN has a show entitled Amanpour when she isn’t on it that often. Isn’t this false labelling, false advertising? Do we need to tune in every night just to see if she appears? Not good. It is very disrespectful to its subscribers.

Facilites

The toilets at Brean Down Cove cafe were disgusting and really dirty: wet and toilet paper on the floors. I overheard the manager telling a customer a contractor cleaned them. I wonder what oversight there is and if the staff preparing food in the adjacent cafe use the same toilets. This is not acceptable especially as most visitors spend money in the cafe and footfall is high. There is no excuse. See complaints in Western Daily Press 12,13 April 2024 from others

Pixel 8a.......

I'm really disappointed and dare I say disgusted with Google specifically with my purchase of the Google 8a phone I barely had this for a month when a new model the Google 9 was announced and talk of the 10 being all over the internet.Needless to say I could not believe Google's contempt for it's customers and how the hell could I possibly trust them in the future.I got rid of the 8a and would not contemplate buying another Google phone! Could I suggest to you Google that when looking at your percentage of the market and how low it is think about this fact, that if you have no relationship and trust from or for your customers this is entirely your own doing!I now have a Poco phone which is cheaper, more features, a better camera and the Xiaomi company has a lovely relationship with their customers maybe something if you even care could work towards Google!!
