Craftsmanship of Comfort

I've read the first 10 reviews here and it's sad that most of the complaints were about customer service. I did not order my Croc's through their website. So I cannot comment on that experience. However, I will comment on the product itself. I own several pairs of crocs in different colors and styles and one thing that is consistent...comfort. Probably one of the most comfortable footwear I own. :-)I gave 4 stars because I have a pair that didn't last very long because there was a thin piece that snapped off. It's the design that I'm not really surprised it broke off so easily. :-(

Review of chipotle

This is wonderful.

I have gone to this restaurant several times, and have always had a good experience. Their team is nice and their food is just as good as Taco Bells, actually better. At Taco Bell, you will pay cheap and get a cracked taco or cheese in your burrito when you asked for none (That's happened to us). At Chipotle, that doesn't happen because you can see what they're actively putting on your food, so you can quickly correct mistakes before big damage is done (although no mistakes have been made for me yet).

Absolutely disgusting customer service over the phone. I have never had anyone be so unprofessional in my life. I will NEVER place another order. Not only can you not understand them, they are condescending. Vile and disrespectful.

Patreon conned me out of my money

Patreon conned me out of my money. I cancelled a membership but it showed in my membership listing still. i tried 6 times to cancel before contacting patreon support whom notified me that cos i have time left on it that will show untill the last day and then remove. That day came and i was charged for the year again. I do not recommend Patreon to any creator as theior process can ensure fans turn on creators due to this con.Customer service is inpersonal and scripted. I will be removing my account and all the support i give to other creators of which is sad because of this incident.There are better alternatives.

DO NOT buy from Macy’s online. They’re slashing prices but if you need to return they issue a return label, but then send it back to you. There is no way to contact them now. They’re not answering phones, or taking e-mails. I’m stuck w a damaged duvet cover -$500!

I want to share one of the best experiences with a Sales person ever in my life!I ordered a sleeper sofa from Macys in Palm Beach Gardens FL in August 2021. I just moved from PA to a new APT in FL and my family was visiting me for the first time in November 2021 (my new sofa was to be delivered Oct 26,2021). I received an email in November stating my sofa delivery date had been moved to January 2022. I canceled the order and immediately telephoned my Macys Sales person Donna, who then went to work trying to find me a fast replacement.Donna was so kind, patient and diligent during my hysteria and worked hard to finda speedy resolution. Donna found me the PERFECT replacement (which I love far more than the original sofa)and had it delivered to me the next day! Donna even gave me her cell phone just in case I had questions. Going from "I'll never buy furniture from Macys again!" to I'll continue to buy furniture from Macys!"all because Donna took the time to show that she cares and values her customers! KUDOS to DONNA!!!!

Horrible customer service

I bought an expensive Lenovo desktop computer. The service has been horrible to say the least. The issue was never resolved and what I have found is that Lenovo literally ignores their customers. They have not even replied to the matter at hand. I went high up in the company to no avail. I mistakenly thought Lenovo is a good company and boy was I wrong. Stay away from this company as I will. I may be buying a gaming laptop and due to how I have been treated a Lenovo isn't being considered.

I was answering redundant questions…

I was answering redundant questions that seemed to take me off to a 3rd party that I wasn't sure I could trust. I went ahead and took a chance and filled out all the questions they were asking and I still don't know if I'm prequalified. I feel like they used all of this to trap my information that they will now exploit. It didn't seem simple at all and it makes nervous filling out so much personal information and all for nothing.

Awful experience with Amazon Business Spain

Awful experience with Amazon Spain - as an Amazon Business Customer. My desk didn't arrive though I waited in all evening as they updated their arrival time several times from 5pm, to 6pm to 8 pm and then 9pm. It didn't arrive at all. The next day it showed that it might arrive any day over the next week. They have effectively no customer services department so I have no way to know if it is lost or never got shipped or what happened. No one on their Business Team speaks English I was told over the phone, and the lady I spoke with couldn't access the business accounts. She was to contact the Business team who were to get in touch but still no response by phone or email. Amazon UK is great but Amazon Spain is a joke. I am shocked that Amazon let this abomination pass under the Amazon brand.

Went to ulta because I needed a new…

Went to ulta because I needed a new undereye concealer and figured while I was there, I would see if they had a good quality spf facial moisturizer for my 7 year old daughter who gets really dry skin during the winter (she has been using mine, but felt there must be a more affordable kids version). When I explained this to the sales lady she said yes confidently and lead me to the clinique section or a kid! Not only that but the product she was trying to sell me had no spf. When I pointed this out she goes "spf is really only for anti-aging, is there a reason you want it for your daughter. Horror! What?! Ulta needs to educate their staff that spf is a vital form of skin care for all ages and should be worn year round to protect from skin damage. (Check out skin care foundation and other foundations if you don't believe me).
