I’ve been an Executive Member at Costco since 2016. On a recent visit to a new location, I was stopped at the entrance after scanning my membership via the Costco Mobile App because it showed as “invalid.” The door clerk immediately accused me of not having a membership and told me, in front of everyone, to go purchase one at the membership desk. She treated me like I was trying to scam my way into the store. As I walked toward the membership desk, a vest-wearing Costco employee walked directly into me, escalating the situation into a public scene. I was treated like a criminal for trying to use the app I was told to use. No one could explain why my membership was suddenly invalid. Eventually, I found out the root cause: my membership number had changed without warning because my Citi Costco credit card had been reissued due to fraud. Why would a credit card fraud event change my Costco membership number? And why didn’t the app update or notify me? I pay for an Executive Membership, but was offered zero respect, zero apology, and zero accountability. Just public humiliation caused entirely by Costco’s broken systems and lack of coordination with Citi.I was so shaken after the incident that I had to sit outside to calm down. This experience was dehumanizing and even bordered on physical assault when I was walked into. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a company I’ve supported for nearly a decade.

I ordered vitamins and a couple of boxes of cookies they shipped them in the soft package not a box and a crumbled up in pieces I'll leave a review on Amazon says well we can not post any reviews about you talking about a shipping it bad and not using the right shipping container to ship it out please review it better.

The quality is not very consistent. The worst part is the online return. It takes forever to return. Item arrived in Uniqlo warehouse end of April. After a month, still not seeing the return is completed. Send several emails, never got a solution!!! There is NOOO customer service at all!!! Avoid online return at all times!!! Please do your shopping after the store is open.

Bought a 5TB Seagate HDD for backing up everything important to me. Drive failed and I re-formatted it, rinse and repeat a few more times. Now it is dead and won't even register on my PC. Cheap Chinese tech, I'll never buy Seagate devices again, and will tell all of my friends/family to avoid them.

We had a flight scheduled for Dec. 30, 2021, at 3:50 pm out of SLC heading to Seattle. On Dec. 29, 2021, we get a notice that our flight was cancelled due to weather. If it was actually cancelled due to weather, it would have been hard to get too upset at Delta - it doesn't control the weather, but the real reason was a staffing shortage, as relayed by multiple of its employees and a pilot. Delta does not require its employees to be vaccinated from COVID; so when an employee tests positive, every unvaccinated employee who had contact with that employee must isolate. So not only was this a stupid public health decision; it was a stupid business decision. Delta, as many of you are aware, had to cancel hundreds of flights over the holiday. Because Delta did not have enough staff to make sure the runways were clear of ice and deice planes, our flight was cancelled. We were able to get on another flight at no extra charge on January 2, 2022, and it appeared this one was going alright. On time departure and even an early arrival by about 20 minutes. That said, once we landed we had to wait on the tarmac for another 15-20 minutes because, you guessed it, staffing shortages. There was no ground crew to get us to the gate. Annoying but at least we were not late, right? Well, official time we got off the plane was 5:10 pm. Family, friends, and hired cars were expecting everyone to arrive at 5:15pm and thus be about ready for pick-up at 5:30pm after getting bags. Our bags arrived at the carousel at 6:30 pm; almost an hour and one-half after we landed, causing further expense and frustration, with some people simply leaving the airport without their luggage. The reason for the over hour wait? Staffing shortages. The one bright spot on our trip was, after Delta's cancellation split me and my fiancee up in seating, at the gate the attendant was kind enough to offer us seats together again. So while for Delta, that is really just fixing what it messed up, for the flight attendant that was kind and I would rate beyond expectations. We will be avoiding flying Delta until it decides to take the health of its passengers seriously and it gets its act together.

Not ready for prime time. This is an absolute cluster. Microsoft took a reasonable product and added confusing features, no synchronization with the native Windows 11 mail product and now I have to switch back and forth between a “classic Outlook” inferior product to a “new Outlook” even more seriously inferior product. I have to create new signature blocks for each product and drafts are constantly lost and found. My productivity has suffered immensely by Microsoft force feeding this terribly inferior product on us. If it were not for needing certain apps that only work on the MS OS, I would toss my HP PC into the garbage and never look back.

I booked a stay with Marmaris Hotel Owerri for 2 queen bed Presidential Suite on Hotels.com. Upon arrival the hotel tells me they do not have 2 queen beds in the suite. I came with my kids and they do not have any other alternatives. I had to relocate to another hotel with 2 beds. When asking for a refund, hotels.com stated there was nothing they could do. They post FALSE ADVERTISING and then do not issue refunds for their MISTAKES. HOTELS.com is a SCAM!

Typical American arrogant company. Terrible to deal with both as a seller and a buyer. As a seller the postage system when selling is woeful and cannot amend, if you call up for help no staff member is empowered to help just tells you to cancel sale. That after your time has already been wasted by useless AI. As a buyer accidently bought an item whilst phone unlocked in pocket. it was collection only so told seller who ignored my message, also asked to cancel they rejected so called customer services who told me to request cancellation based on item not arrived, when collection only. So refund delayed three more days… probably the idiot seller will then reject and I’ll have to wait again for eBay to sort then wait another few days for the refund to be issued.
