I am very disgusted with HP!I purchased a desktop for my son from the HP website. Once we turned it on it had defaultuser0 and it wanted a passport from us which we didn't have.We called HP support, but they couldn't help us. We asked for a replacement.We were promised someone would contact us within 48 hrs. I only received one email asking if I wanted a replacement or refund, I replied immediately and I haven't heard anything since.
